I brought in 4 fishing rod combos retail value about $600 ish or more wasn’t looking for that but reasonable I was looking for some cash and also some in store credit, I purchased a rod and real combo prior a couple weeks ago and like the service, but today a lot different she comes back with a price of $145 that’s crazy then ask her to meet me at $100 in store and $100 cash, what a horrible and poor business decision on her end was a no brainer all the rods and reels I brought in were mint condition newer lews combo set ups, 13 combo spinning and lews paired up with favorite rod. So instead of working with me on $55 dollars she would make a deal… I will never step foot back in either one of there establishments again sad to say over an ignorant business decision on her end they loose a customer!

I never thought I would say this about a pawn shop but, I love this place! Every staff member, without exception, has been friendly and helpful whenever I have business there. Brittany must be singled out as a six-star person working in a five-star establishment! Rock on!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and expedited my purchase. Additionally they appeared to have quality items at competitive prices.
