Loan Star Pawn - State Road 60 E State Rd, Lake Wales

I made a 400 hundred dollar chain and the very next morning tried to switch it out and pay the difference on a 1000 dollar chain and they only offered me 160 even though the same lady sold me the chain the night before. Wasnt asking for a return. I spent the money else where. I couldnt believe it they are not friendly at all they are greedy.

Wes did a awesome job very friendly experience pricing was very fair. Would recommend and if you go there talk to Wes he will help you out make you feel like your family. Thank you for the pleasant experience at this establishment

Victoria was AMAZING! She took her time, and explained everything she was doing during my visit. She was friendly, thorough, compassionate and it’s very clear that she loves her job. She made me feel comfortable and I genuinely believed she was there to help me, not rip me off. I would definitely recommend going to her if you find yourself in a bind. She was absolutely THE BEST.
