How is it possible for a bank to be constantly closed you ask? Well Covid. So what does the manager do? Make people come inside and close the drive thru. It’s not the banks fault it’s poor management. Other branches don’t have these issue. I rate this a negative 5 stars

Made an appointment online to go in and start a new account. Couldn't make the 10:30 time scheduled and called branch to reschedule for 2 hours later and it was no problem at all. This was a pleasant surprise since it was a Saturday and figured the appointment would be canceled. My fiance' and I are freshly engaged and relocating to the area from two different cities and needed to start our journey in starting a new joint account for checking and saving. We met with Nicole Walker who was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional and helped us select the best account for us. She told us about the other services offered including home buying options which is something we are excited to get started with. The branch was set up well and following safety measures during these Covid times. Thanks Nicole!

I really wish we could rate 0 stars because this place is that bad. I've been going here off an on for over 20 years and over time it's gotten progressively worse. Now I only go here if I absolutely have to because of the horrible service. Normally I go here to get my money out So I can deposit it into my Navy Federal Credit Union account. I don't understand why you only have 1 or 2 inside tellers open during the busiest times of the day such as lunchtime or after work or on a payday. Other times like around 9 AM or 2 PM they have three or four windows open. The whole idea makes no sense. I have never waited less than 15 minutes to see a teller here. Every other branch I normally don't wait at all or have 1 person in front of me. Here you will have at least 5-10 people ahead of you. Banker beware.

This location really doesn't deserve a rating. I am literally writing this while I have already been in line for 20 minutes. This my 3rd time at this location and it is always the same situation. One teller and and no joke,15 people in line. Most of the people in line are elderly and are struggling to stand to hold their placement in line. The managers on duty walk around with no regard to the customers in line. One elderly woman asked could someone please help her because it was hard for her to stand. The manager said no because I can't cut all the rest of the people. She said but you only have one teller for all these people. The manager replied yes, that is the way it's scheduled. This type of customer service is sickening. You maybe greeted at the door but you will wait at least 30-45 minutes to be seen.. Demographic judgement maybe? Perhaps this is why the help is so few at this location. This is a true disgrace.

My experience is very small, considering that I bank in SC and just had to go to this location to ask for printouts of my account's last 3 months for a car dealership...It was a busy day, but because my request was a very wick and simple one...Michele, impressed me, by not insisting that I sit for an hour waiting. She worked my request through quickly between customers that needed "sit down" time. She handled everyone well and smoithly adjusted to help me out when she could have refused. I appreciated that she went above and beyond, without withholding service to any others.

    Response from the owner

Hi, Anna-Lori. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Michele was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^Joseph

Whenever you come to this branch be prepared to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes. The banking it self is good but customer service and the teller are just slow!!

    Response from the owner

We appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or by using our online banking or mobile app. Signing up for the mobile app is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/

It's early on a Saturday. And this bank didn't have an open drive through. Heck, there's only two that I know of that have open drive throughs during the week. I get inside to wait in a long line because only two of the THREE tellers are actually working while two other ladies sir by the side talking amongst themselves. When I finally get to a teller, she's rude as can be and was talking about how slow I was being to the other teller like I couldn't hear her! Not to mention, she was the one teller not working when I got there. My husband and I were talking about opening an account here because we pay our house payment to an account set up here but I'd rather not bother with this bank at all after today. And this isn't the first bad experience I've had. Just finally felt like leaving a review.

Absolutely rude I was standing in line waiting to have the chance at exchanging some foreign currency because I had returned from overseas with the military. I do not bank with Bank of America but online said it was the best place for exchanging money so as I was waiting in line I asked a lady who appeared to be in charge and said “ma’am maybe you can help me I just need to exchange this money.“ she said: Do you bank here? And I said no ma’am. she said: well I’m not gonna be able to help you you’ll have to go somewhere else and then walked away. Would it have been such a problem and a bother to exchange this little bit of foreign currency that I had? I mean I’m broke as can be it’s the Christmas holidays or Christmas month I have five children and could’ve really use this money now what do I do where do I go? My bank isn’t anywhere in the state. Thanks Bank of America you’re not any bank of my America your bank of someone else’s.

I'm not sure how they got this so BACKWARDS!! It is NOT "drive thru only" -- it IS "lobby ONLY" -- This exact location is where my mother and I both contacted Covid in January or February because the drive thru was closed then also!!!
