If I could give this place ZERO stars, I WOULD! I purchased my car (2014 Ford Fusion) on October 28. Literally a few days later, my check engine light came on and since then I’ve had nothing but problems with the car and now the car needs a whole new motor. The shop they’re associated with (David’s) is just as horrible. They stripped a spark plug under my hood and said nothing about it. The gave me a date to bring my car in to be service. After I took it in, they called me to bring it back the following week without touching it. It’s been 3 weeks now and my car is still just sitting there. The same exact spot I dropped it off. Every time I call, they tell me that the car is in line and they can’t tell me when it’ll be worked on. Originally the lady at the desk told me it’ll be 2 weeks max. On top of that, they won’t even put me in a rental while my car is under service. Smh, I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here!!!

I brought a car a year ago and a week later transmissions was no good .the service manager is very rude. he gave me the run around still to this day they haven’t got a transmission for the car. I wouldn’t recommend no one to buy from auto credit. there the worst ever.

Worst company I had to deal with in my personal opinion. You shouldn't do business with anyone who isn't dealing in integrity. Watch those prices and how they hike up apr. They will tell you, you can refinance, YOU CAN'T. I was paying entirely to much on a outdated vehicle that was depreciating.

The people who sale the cars are so friendly but that’s just to get you to buy a car that’s going to break down in 3 weeks . Dewayne the service manager is beyond rude . Want a quick ride that will break down soon . Go here .

Had been without a car for a few months, was very nervous that I wouldn't be able to purchase another one so soon. But keyanna made it happen! She was so patient, walk me step by step with everything got me in and out...SHE WAS SO SWEET AN A AWESOME SALES PERSON! I highly recommend her...thank you so much for making my experience worth it...

This place is the absolute worst place to purchase a vehicle. Had an issue with the device they put on my car. The objective of the device is is beep to let you know its time to pay your carnote and when you dont make your payment your vehicle cut off. Well needless to say my car didnt cut off and my payment was made but the device was continuously beeping. I call and spoke with Joe Young and he is the worst!! Instead of him trying to make me an appt to bring the car in to see what was going on, he regularly going on about my payment not beening made when clearly he was wrong because my payment was made and actually had until the 12th before needed to be paid. I have had several run ins with Mr. Young and there payment dept. Dont waste your time or money here go somewhere your business is appreciate!

The sold me a great car about 4 years ago. Still a good car

I’m currently buying my fourth car from Doug. My family has collectively bought 4 cars from here and they all ran perfect. Doug handled any problem we had while buying a car. I would recommend anyone that’s working and needs transportation ASAP to come here for good service and great running cars. I am so disgusted with this company. I have been dealing with the for the past four years and up until this point everything has been great. But now all I can tell anyone is renters beware. I rented a car from them for two days. I pick the car up and a short time later someone hit me from behind. I called Auto Credit back while I was at the accident scene. I inform them of what the police had determine also what had happen. I took the car back to them and inquired about the money that I paid for the rental. The manager informed me that i will receive a refund once the claim is started for the repairs of their car. The following day I myself called the party at fault insurance company and filed the claim. I was informed by the at fault party insurance company that they would get started as far as fixing or paying out for the rental. The agent from the insurance company said that due to the fact the at fault party was determine to be DUI that 9/10 they are paying. I made sure I took all this information back to Auto Credit and base on what I was told the day before I ask again about my refund. Now, the Manager says I will get a refund but I have to wait until the at fault party insurance company tell them what they are paying. The manager also told me that she would go after my insurance company depending on what the other insurance company pays them. I know for a fact that you can not get the full value for a car that is eight years old. Mind you I am a mechanic I seen some things that they jack-legged with the car but that will be left unsaid. OK, the police determine the other party was at fault. The other insurance company stated that they was paying also. But Auto Credit is still holding me up and the only determination I come across is they are trying to get double paid by the at fault party and by me. Which I know for a fact is illegal. All I want is for everyone to be aware that they will try and get you even if you do everything that is ask of you and when even the authorities determine you are not at fault. I was stopped at a Red light. Just give me my money back that I paid.

Keyanna was very honest and helpful. She made my car buying experience a great one! I would reccomend her and AC Credit Sales & Rentals to anyone looking for a Buy here pay here lot. The cars were nice and the staff was friendly.

i would like to take a few minutes and tell you about my experience at auto credit, i had been to many car lots before i stopped by and purchased my car. i felt like i was being lied to by other salesman and was getting the run around , then i meet mr shawn, he made me feel very comfortable, showed me several cars , made me laugh but most of all he was honest! im so happy in my new car and even 3 days after i bought the car mr shawn was calling to check to make sure everything was ok with car! thank you mr shawn for everything you done for me! make sure if you want a car, and want honesty go see mr shawn you won't regret it!

Shawn was AWESOME!! very helpful and informative. He worked around my situation and got me in a car. Best customer service I've EVER had with the auto industry.

Shawn is one of the most helpful salesman I ever met. The whole experience was painless and he worked with me on everything. This is a great place, you pay more in the long run but you can also pay off much sooner than the terms and save in the long run. I'd recommend to anyone!

im not the type of person to complain or put out bad energy (or negativity) but.. i honestly would not recommend this place. they will get you into a vehicle.. but the vehicles are overpriced and not even in good condition. we’ve had a car for only 6 months and had to replace the alternator twice (due to device they put on the cars). they do the bare minimum to be honest. shaun helped us into a car but dwayne is super rude and isn’t any help at all when it comes to finding out what’s going on with your vehicle smh.. just please save yourself the headache and find somewhere else!! 🙏🏽

I had a great experience today. Shawn looked out and hooked my friend up with a car. My friend was in a tough spot and thanks to him it is now over. If you ever buy a car from this place Shawn is the go-to man

Joe is very rude he doesn't deserve his position. Shaun and Tiffany are the best and Shaun deserves to be in Joe position. Tiffany and Shaun both need a raise bc they work very hard for there customers ..Joe is a very evil man..

customer service is trash. dewanye the service person is extremely rude. i’ve had my car almost 2 months and paid the payment early every time. my car was shut off due to a gps tracker problem and i was stuck out of town and had to pay for a tow from another states. still had to pay my full payment. i this it’s very wrong to do that to someone who pays on time and cause no issues. i’ve asked them to fix my breaks and my car needs an alignment. my lights flicker on and off while driving. no fix on nothing yet. the sales rep i got my car from was nice her name is keyana i believe.

I purchased a car in December & have had nothing but issues since. The car has been in & out of the shop, the shop they use isn’t the worlds greatest but that’s a different story! They’re nothing but rude to you anytime you have anything go wrong as if your the issue. I have probably driven my car maybe 3 months & I pay $442 a month!! This place is nothing but a giant headache & I 10/10 don’t recommend!! However their are a few & I mean a few that are very nice & I feel for those few who suffer bc their company sucks!!!!

THEY ARE TRAAAAAAASH RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOLE IN THE WALL CAR PLACE THAT SALES LEMONS. THE FIRST CAR THEY TRIED TO PUT ME IN WAS A 2014 FORD FUSION. DEFINITELY DIDNT RIDE SMOOTH AND THE AIR SOUNDED LIKE A MOTORCYCLE WEN U CUT IT ON THEN THE SERVICE LIGHT CAME ON IN IT. SO THEN THEY PUT ME IN A 2015 FORD FUSION THE AIR WAS BROKE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT (I THOUGHT IT ONLY NEEDED FREEON) COME TO FIND OUT IT NEEDS A WHOLE NEW UNIT FOR THE AIR. THEN EXAAAAAAACTLY 2 DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR THE CAR BREAKS DOWN AND ITS THE TRANSMISSION!!!!!!! THEY DONE HAD MY CAR FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NOW AND NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHEN ITS GONE BE READY BUT THEY WANT A PAYMENT LOL WONT GET ONE FROM ME. IF U DO HAVE TO GO TO A BUY HERE PAY HERE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND US AUTO SALES THEY DONT SALE LEMONS

Keyanna Farken was amazing and she was able to get me into a car same day and I cannot say that I have any complaints. The battery was bad in the car and they replaced it for me and patched a tired and replaced the other cuz it was bad. The fact that they give any kind of warranty was so helpful and two free oil changes which I will be using my first one this week. This is my second time purchasing from Auto Credit. Shawn is a big help and great sales person. He will get you in the car you want!!!! All around people person. I love that they stand behind their warranty. As long as you let them know they will get it fixed. Duane the service manager is always lending a helping hand. Thank you auto credit! Thank you Doug for your patience and professionalism! Car buying made easy. I love my Hyundai Elantra!!! However be careful they tell you false information. They do not report to credit bureaus, they give you no options of choosing who to finance through and tell you that you can’t refinance your car! They tell you you can make your first couple of payments at their location however they don’t tell you it’s applied to your down payment. They tell you that it is paid to the financing company but it’s not! If you are late on a payment they will shut your car off through a device implemented Into the vehicle. They can be nice however there was one individual (a man) that was very rude and unprofessional. Please ask thorough questions & read all documents before signing! I don’t regret purchasing a car there I just wish they’d be more upfront & honest about some things! I was in need of a car & appreciate them for helping me get into one however I would have explored some other options before settling with them. The cars are priced very high & the interest tripled the cost advertised of the car not to mention the value of my car is less than half of what’s they priced the car for.
