SRP Federal Credit Union Tobacco Tobacco Rd, Augusta

The time it takes them to process a check, deposit, even the mobile deposit is ridiculous. Bank of America informed me SRP still has the oldest computer systems out of all banks locally here in Augusta. It’s not worth your time. They have a certain “clientele” I believe this works for but it’s unacceptable for me to wait 7 days to get my money from a check I deposited. Bank with Wells Fargo instead.

Worst bank ever! Only gave it two stars bc there have been some very nice and helpful people in the past! But the manager is beyond rude! Very unprofessional. My account constantly jumps from a decent amount to negative over the weekend and then goes back to normal the next business days. This has resulted in nsf fees and unpaid finances. No one can tell me why this happens. It doesn't show up on my account afterwards. It even happened to my husband last week for the first time. And when I ask for an explanation they basically tell me it's my fault for paying finances without having the funds to pay them?? Seriously! Stay away from srp! I'm going to open an account elsewhere ASAP!

The branch manager is helpful and very concerned with her customers account needs. She even gave my truck a jump with hers once after every stranger in the parking lot said (rudely) no to helping me. The tellers are normally professional and almost always keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. This group is WAY more professional than the "B-team" at the Peach Orchard branch and non judgemental as well.

I kinda understand Covid can’t have a lot of people on the bank but I’ve been in line at the drive through for half an hour nowhere near the front yet this will be my last week at this bank every car that goes into the drive through is there 7-10 minutes why is it taking them so long

Time of the day determine the amount customers at drive thru Try the off times like 11,2-3 off days like Tuesday and Thursdays

If people was patient they would realize that this financial institution works very well with the people; very patient, fast services, friendly, & very informative staff..I enjoy going to SRP every time I go! I have no issues at all!!

We decided to bank with SRP again after years of being gone. First issue, we received only one debt card for our joint account. Ordered the card and still don't have it. Second the ATM's are never able to do the transaction needed. Third, you can't even go in the bank to handle transactions. The lines are disrespectfully long and they have no regard for people's time like this. The Tobacco Rd location sucks. Its enough dealing with COVID but to have to wait an hour in line just to make a deposit is ridiculous

Their loan policies do not count all verifiable income including Unemployment income which a lot of people are on. They don't seem to care about how Covid 19 has changed what should be counted as viable income. I'm very disappointed to say the least. I would not encourage anyone with other verifiable income to do business with SRPFCU.

ATMs don't ever take deposits and drive thru always takes 30-45mins to get threw it. About to look into changing banks . This is ridiculous.

So far so good. Came in to open an acct. The assistant manager is very friendly and kind. He was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation; and I askerd A LOT of questions. I'm actually looking forward to building a good banking relationship here.
