    It’s under staffed and 15 plus minutes of wait for the teller on average. This is the only open branch in this immediate area. Others are closed due to “COVID”. Very poor planning by the bank’s regional management! Instead of hiring people to welcome them at door with an iPad please staff your teller positions first.

    I don't know what's wrong with the negative reviews but i tell you guys every individual has a different case. Just experience it on your own. The staff were so informative and professional and kindful. I recommend this branch to everyone.

    I went to open my bank account, and I am very satisfied with the service, everyone is very friendly and super fast with the service. Belky Castro helped me out today and she is very efficient , profesional and friendly, she answered all the questions I had and took her time. She is also bilingual which is super helpful. If you need to make an appointment for anything she’s the one to help out. I totally recommend banking with Bank of America!!

    Very bad customer service.This bank is close before the 5:00pm. I am suffering from closing early today.Today I reached at 4:30 pm at this bank but it was already closed and I had to return back So if this bank is closed at 5:00 pm. Why closed at 4:00 pm I don’t understand please answer

    Worst branch of BofA I have been to. Found doors locked during open time and employee standing next to door not providing any assistance. Maybe this branch was locked for a whatever reason but could have put a sign or said it right there but anyways another branch a couple mile away was open as normal and in much better.

    I have been doing business with BOA since 2018. BOA is like a family to me, all the employees are super friendly and welcoming. However, I would like to mention Yirka Martinez with a great respect and gratitude. We opened several accounts for my family at BOA and Yirka helped us all the way. She is not just welcoming in all kind of banking tasks, she takes the initiative to explore the further needs of the clients, which I find quite appreciative as I learned a lot of helpful tips from her. In terms of banking with BOA, it is always a 5 Star. Manassas location and service is great, indeed, hence, even though we live in Fairfax now, we always go to Manassas Branch for our banking.

    I love this location. I love the attention of the staff members, they are always very helpful. They are nice and respect your time, I highly recommend to schedule the appointment online or call to schedule and they are always happy to serve. They also provide the exact information and help you need and it feels like you’re part of the BOA family. ♥️ I always schedule with Yirka and she is amazing. Sometimes I don’t even want to leave. She is an sweet person and very professional. 👏🏽👏🏽

    Mrs Ibanez, the great manager at this branch. She is a hardworking lady, caring a lot about all customers walking in and those with appointments. That is the same attitude she trained her staff. The service this branch provides, is always excellent. She take care of customers like nurses helping patients in the hospital. As soon you here, you will be served and satisfied.

    Hadn’t Tried Bank Of America before until In December I opened an account with Yirka. I had a very good experience she was very helpful and someone else helped me out (I don’t remember his name) and he was very nice and helpful as well. So far I have been enjoying having my account with Bank Of America, I recently came in and it was an overall very good experience just like my first visit. I highly recommend this bank.

    I came today nov 6 2018 at 3 i was doing line for 20 minutes i arrived to the cashier and she told me it will take likr 40 min to get my statements....in all the bank its only one cashier attending i am with a toodler and she is crying and we stil here waiting here and there is a line of people that maybe need to do something else ....you need to hire more personal

    Yirka made my Bank of America experience wonderful she is courteous, caring, patient and informative and helped me in so many ways. I didn't obtain a credit card for over ten years until she educated me and influenced me to apply for one. Yirka made me feel that I could trust the fact that she had my best interest at heart and my credit is now better than its ever been. Several weeks ago I needed paperwork notarized for my occupation in which she was able to help me. Within that same visit she proceeded to assist me with applying for a more advanced credit card since my credit has improved. While her shift was ending and co- workers were leaving for the night after the bank closed she stayed without complaining and made sure I was taken care of before I left that evening. This is excellent customer service and I wish I could have this expierience with most places I choose to conduct business with. I just wanted to do what I could to make sure employees like this are recognized and appreciated as she deserves the same gratitude she gave me and im sure shes given to many other customers.
