Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Puerta Real, Mission Viejo

Went to lobby for simple banking request. Guy said I needed to make an appointment and to call the number on his card. Called on 3 separate occasions during business hours... no answer, no call back. Thanks bank of America!

Branch was closed on a Saturday without updating Google or BoA application info for the branch. Every place is short-staffed but you expect BOA to respect your time and keep their app updated at least.

We came into this branch needing help. It was a simple situation and Shirin automatically asked for the manager. Diane started talking about us in the third person as she’s standing right next to us. She was extremely rude and unhelpful from the very beginning and was extremely condescending. We had a simple situation that they could not or want to help us with. Maybe she’s having a bad day. It doesn’t matter. You should never treat customers in that way.

Poor scheduling and counterintuitive suggestions from 2 greeting members at the entrance. It is not what used to be a few years ago. That's a shame!

There are 8 employees in the building, only 1 bank teller... There needs to be a sign, just like at Disneyland, 25 minute wait from this point further. If we could watch the video feed of people entering the building you will see most of them open the door, take a step of hesitation and then turn around and walk out. Something that could have taken less than 4 mins, took 35 mins. Poor scheduling by the manager. Would not recommend going here till they activate more than 1 of the bank teller stations.

The worst bank of America branches ever in US . The most manager very rude and impolite and unhelpful to costumers . Most managers work there are Chinese and they very very unhelpful and its like self service bank 😂

Not sure how many times i have been here where the doors are locked in the middle of the day. Signs on the door indicate its during business hour and people behind the counter that just dont care you can see behind the glass. Update in April 2021. Since last month multiple days they are just closed during multiple business hour times. Also ATMs not working when they closed their doors. Whenever they are working they have a host that talks to people instead of having another agent work the counter. Though they provided the lowest levels of service; but they found a way to be worse.

Seriously?! Only 1 teller for a line of 11 customer waiting?! Such a poor customer service!

Bank of America is a great bank to bank with. I have had great experiences at other branches. However, I found my experience at this particular branch to be not so pleasant with regards to the friendliness of the staff.

Needed to close 2 accounts today. The relationships manager, Leila Ramezani was sad to hear of my request, but was extremely helpful and nice. She also helped me call BOA and request to change an address, which she was unable to do at her desk. The whole office had a friendly vibe about them and I could tell they enjoyed working together. When I was at the teller, Joe and Navid were friendly and genuine, especially Leticia. If I hadn't closed my accounts, I would definitely bank at this particular branch.
