Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 8th Ave W, Palmetto

Man bank of America is the worst bank iv ever used. I used to have 2 accounts with them till I moved and when I closed my account they never actually closed it and it started racking up charges and they only notified me 3 years later with some outrageous sum. So I left them behind well now 8 years later I decided to give them a chance with a business account and low and behold I stuck my card Into the ATM for the first time to activate it and the machine took the card and then said out of service.... so now my card is stuck in the ATM and I can't use my business account... iv been on the phone for over 2 hours just trying get someone to take some accountability but every one I have got in contact with (5 separate people) and every one of them just said that's not something I can take care of and they transfer me. After 30 min of phone selection options and another clueless person I'm at my wits end I will never use bank of America again

Palmetto FL, Bank of America; from personal experience a good Bank to handle your needs. Cashers are friendly, kind, and will do their best to answer your needs, and help you achieve your requests. I have banked with for more than 25 years, but this particular Bank including the Mgr, and Asst Mgr will listen to your needs; will give you options, with solutions. It's my Bank, and have set up a program to refund some of my spending dollars! Ask about the Refund program, based on credit card usage. You can choose your accounts to have your dollars given back to you in your primary account. You will like the Personal customer service.

I've been to this branch twice and both times was not able to complete my business due to their systems being down or having issues. The staff is apologetic and friendly, however, BoA is becoming increasingly unreliable and inconvenient. I'm not sure if its just this branch, or BoA in general, but I am considering moving my business.

Horrible service and I never take the time to write a negative review. This people working here are BAD! Just Horrible service and very bias! Shut the damn bank down if you can’t have enough people to ASSIST CLIENTS! I will Find my way to your supervisors and corporate. Very unacceptable!!!

This has got to be THE worse bank ever !!

Worst branch I've ever seen. Over 15 people in line for one teller with 3 staff members standing around by the door. Zero customer service skills.

Typically long waits even with low volume because there's usually one teller. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is, you're going to have a 10-15min wait.

Have never been in this bank and there be less than 10 people in line, yet they never have more than 2 tellers. They act like waiting 30+mins is normal- Profit over customer service.

Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Never had a problem getting what I need done here. Maria is the best :)

dont go here if youre in a hurry.....I waited in line for 25 minutes to cash a check.....two tellers working.....3 other employees standing around.....I'm closing my account here.....has to be better somewhere else
