The entire process from finding the house, getting preapproved and all the paperwork that goes with buying a house was made so seamless and simple. They even sent us information on all the services used by the seller and all the contact information for setting up cable, electric, etc. A great team approach between the realtor, the lender and the closing agent made the process very simple.
