    Worst branch ever … they closed 10 minutes before 1:00 pm on Saturday as per their convenience .., No regard for old people standing outside in the sun to enter the branch How are they even in business. 4/16/22 Second visit unfortunately Tones of people in line and only 1 window open. Why did the Corporate even bother spending money to install 6 windows… and use only 1. WHY ? Why the management don’t improve the operations here specifically when they shut down other branches nearby…. Perhaps time to shut this one as well. So disappointed with the service here ( Management )

    Having customers waiting in line for over 30 minutes in your parking lot roasting in the Las Vegas sun is ridiculous. 3 windows operating at one time with only one Bank of America in this neighborhood is unacceptable. I've been a customer for over a decade, please add more service windows for walk in customers to fix this issue.

    First time at boa it was not too busy the drive thru was not working so I just used atm machine a guard was on duty there

    This is hands down the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of walking into. The service is always slow here like ALWAYS. I've been coming here for 2 years now. I don't even have an account here, but the people I do business with do. I guess the are a glutton for punishment. I'm currently standing in line now a huge line as usual and no sense of urgency from anyone. They have tons of people here and yet 2-3 tellers in the windows helping people. The what seems to be the manager looks lost walking around like he doesn't have a care in the world. I've been in line for 20 minutes and seem to have at least another 10 more. If I had it my way I'd never walk into this bank again. If I was the manger and team here I'd take a little more pride in my work ethic, but if the higher ups don't care and neither will their subordinates.

    Your lines are long and you basically have one teller. I get the practice for COVID but your 2 teller minimum was occurring prior to COVID. I am not a customer of yours but pay a bill and they are your account holder. As a outsider I couldn’t bank here under no circumstances because it feels like you don’t care or respect the value of your customers or their time they spend at your establishment standing in line to deposit into their accounts or whatever business they have with the branch. It’s actually inconvenient and feels forced fed to use your online services which all elderly and others are not comfortable with. No drive thru long lines and slow service with employees standing around watching their arms. Not a good look at all! I feel bad for who ever continues to do business with you. I am even not going to speak on the branch closures! Despicable BOFA

    This is horrible banking center, manager Nasira Jackson closes the banking center whenever she wants to. Today she closed at 12 PM even though it’s posted to be open until 1 PM. Her excuse is that they are shortstaffed. We pay a lot of money to have an account to get a service they do not provide and her answer is well I’m sorry

    Very bad customer service, the tellers super slow, not enough tellers, bad attitude. Was there in line for over an hour just to deposit checks. Bank of America is closing most of its locations. Bad service.....definitely closing my accounts.

    This branch is a joke. Came in at about 3:30 hoping to get in quickly to cash out a check. Was waiting and at 3:40 a manager or whatever he is (Juan) comes out and tells us we are not allowed to enter because they are at capacity (meanwhile loads of people are coming out of the bank). Why advertise you close at 4 if you're going to tell people to leave the line at 3:40, 20 minutes before closing? And still, they let another woman who barely got there enter when several people who had been waiting in line for minutes were told basically that they weren't going to help us. What a joke. I don't know who Juan is but he did nothing to help and was the one who let the woman who barely got there 2 minutes before closing enter after the bank was supposedly "closed". I would appreciate a response with the email or number for someone to call to speak about how terribly this branch is ran.
