Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) TX, Plano

Went here today to do a transaction. The gentleman who stood at the door did not greet me but just asked what I needed. I asked for a service and before I could finish he interrupted me and said and said like I was saying. I am sorry but his professionalism was horrible. I will never visit this branch again or refer anyone.

Terrible! Not just this location! All of them! 5 people working, but only ONE teller???? And no drive through teller? I have to make business deposits here, or I would have nothing to do with this company. It’s ridiculous that you have to wait as long as you do. The poor girl that was working, was awesome. I felt so sorry for her!

Been in line for 20 min. They have one teller and six bankers in suits chatting. Asked if any one else can help, the banker made it out to be it is beneath him to work the teller job. The teller did not know how to fill out the withdrawal slip. Looked at me like I was trying to scam him out of my own money! Will have to move my account!

Great service and employees. Will stay with this banking center. I had to wait in line several times but they always try their best to get the line down.

There should be an option to leave negative stars- bank posted hours are until 4 pm and the doors were locked at 3.30! Pathetic.

Only one teller, long line and behind the counter I can hear people talking and laughing, when I got there it was 10:10am Atm machine wont let me withdraw 1200.00 out of my business account, this branch is too slow wait time is been over 12 minutes I'm still here waiting, who knows when I'm going to able to take care of me. Thinking about closing my personal and business account, I have business to take care.

Like BoA. Do NOT like this branch. Been a customer of BoA for years and this is my closest branch. Two times I needed to conduct business here and the managers on duty were rude. The second time I was told no one could wait on me because they were closing (45 mins before their posted closing time). There was not a single customer in the bank at the time! The only thing this branch is good for is the ATM. I went to the branch on Independence and Legacy instead. Much better branch!!!

Worst Financial Institution. I went in to cash a COMPANY CHECK and they still charged me $8 fee. They take your ID((known thing), finger prints and in near future they may need your retina scan, testicles/Ovary scanning and DNA Sample to do business with you. They took my finger prints and manager approval in validating my License and finger prints. RIDICULOUS to pay them to get your own money. DONT DO Business with them. The teller was fair and doing her job but the overall culture of BOA is veryyyyy bad and they are OFFICIAL PIRATES who took my money right on my face leaving me no option.

The best branch of bank of America. Steve was excellent and also others were very professional,fast , helpful and knowledgeable. I will only come to this branch .

This location seems to be closed for now. Visited twice in Jul 2020 & both time it was closed. No information on the main Door why this location is closed ? 07/21/21 Update : This location seems to have opened again for business now.
