Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 23 Mile Rd, Shelby Township

Walked in this morning to get a replacement Debit Card since the ATM outside this branch did not function and would not return my card. After waiting 15 minutes a lady came out to talk to me. I explained to her the sense of urgency only for her to interpret me to tell me that she can not take care of me because she has an appointment booked in 15 minutes. I pleaded with her that I am literally paralyzed without my Debit Card as I am a business owner, and that issuing me a temporary card would only take 5 minutes. She told me she would not take care of me because she must "prepare" for her appointment. Her rudeness, attitude, and lack of understanding was mind boggling. This lady acts like she is doing customers a favor when her job is basically, to take care of the customers. Drove down the street to the other branch, was greeted politely right away, the manager listened, took me in, issued me a card in 5 minutes. Far different than the terrible management here and terrible customer service.

As a small business owner with 4 companies we tend to demand a level of service that is hard to find at a large bank. Jennifer Boss was the solution to our problem. Customer Service is A+. She's gone above and beyond for us. Highly recommend working with her.

Amy, Iris and Caroline are three of the nicest tellers I have had the pleasure of working with. At times there is a wait to get my transactions taken care of, but I have never had any issues with this branch.

I only gave them a one star because I couldn't give them a zero

Horrible customer service im a buisness customer and have never had to wait so long for simple transaction. Tellers are overly nice in more of a condescending way lucky my normal branch has never treated me this way or i would change banks wont come back to this branch very dissapointed

I drove from Bad Axe, MI., After working all day I got there 15 minutes before closing. Unfortunately the manager said the vault is already balanced and she had no desire to cash my $2200.00. So back home I drove, money and no desire to ever use this stupid bank, whose employees and managers only care about getting out of work on exact time. I have lots of money, none that I will ever deposit in this bank. And my friend owns a shop said he's been thinking of changing Banks and now he is.🤗

Usually very happy with the customer service at this branch, however this is not the case. I have called SEVEN times (and counting) throughout the day in attempts to reschedule an appointment. This is absolutely absurd to not have a single employee take the time to answer the phones all day

Went in for a deposit and also had coins. Teller said you need to wrap coins we won’t count, was rude.

This bank is always understaffed. Currently there is 1 teller and 11 people in line. If I could go to another bank I would.

Worse customer service, one taylor dealing with custers, five people in the waiting line and two other taylors just doing nothing ! Plus bad attitude ......
