I could not recommend this place enough!!! Every single person I interacted with was SO friendly and helpful! Amy especially was wonderful!!! I was beyond nervous coming in today and she was so sweet and kind and talked me through everything. I'm switching all of my banking over to them for the service and friendliness alone! All the other extra perks are just a bonus. I appreciate all of the help and information I received!

Amy was such a pleasure to work with today! I was having issues wi try my debit card and she was able to assist me in getting the card to function. And yo my surprise she was able to fix my account as well and letting me know that I have a reoccurring charge for something I did not sign up for! Honestly made my day! Thank you Amy!

I took my kids here to deposit their birthday money, they had a birthday bucket to pick a gift too. The employees were so sweet and patient with the kids. There was water bottles and popcorn for my kids to keep them distracted while I did my banking. Love this bank! Such a family friendly place.

I absolutely love banking with Community Choice Credit Union. The whole staff at the Shelby location is wonderful and make you feel like family. I just closed an account at another bank that I had my business account with cause they couldn't meet my business needs. The whole staff is great but Danielle & Tyler are absolute Rock Stars!! I just met Amy for the 1st time last week and she helped me open yet another account for my business. Even though I have never met her before, she too made me feel like family. If anyone is considering opening a bank account, I would highly recommend opening a bank account with Community Choice Credit Union. The Shelby location is second to none.

Client service is world class. A seamless and painless process to obtain a car loan. Big bank wouldn’t help us. Big credit union wouldn’t either. We thought we’d try one last place before we gave up. Super friendly and polite and welcomed us with open arms. Very clean and state of the art branch. They will treat you well and have super low rates. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!

We are so happy that our previous credit union merged into CCCU! The electronic options through the app like check deposits, money transfers, etc. make banking so convenient. Great staff at the Shelby Township location! Friendly and extremely helpful! Tyler G recently helped me with fraud on my debit card and I have never experienced such seamless and streamlined service! Closing down the card and having another one instant issued for me in branch saved me a ton of time not having to wait for the card to be mailed to me! Thank you so much Shelby Township team! Today, someone tried cashing a fraudulent check for over 3k. The teller at the CU, Susan, questioned it, called me and caught it! I am beyond grateful for her awareness and quick response. She is a keeper and deserves a raise! Thanks again Susan!

Due to some suspicious activity noted on my debit card, I contacted Community Choice C.U. today to request assistance. It was my very good fortune to speak with Member Advisor Ms. Sheila Burnham. Although the situation was upsetting for me, she explained the steps that would be taken to resolve my issue, provided the necessary paperwork for my signature, and offered some suggestions about other credit union services that could help increase my savings! Who doesn’t love good ideas like that! It was a pleasure to experience her genuine interest in helping me in a calm and efficient manner. She is obviously happy in her work and well suited to providing excellent customer service. Thank you so much, Sheila.
