I pay for goods and or services: this is the most basic building block of economics. One of the services that I pay for is to have my check cashed. There are 5 or 6 people in offices and the Teller lines have been unavailable for 2 days. Their solution is for me to make THEIR life easier and deposit it in the ATM. Which of course can take up to 2 business days to be available.

They do not care about their customers. They have 1 teller on duty at all times unless its lunch time and then while the teller is on break they shut down the teller desk. There are several other employees in the bank but they will not help you with normal banking needs like depositing a check, withdrawing money or a cashiers check. The wait is backed up longer than a ride at Disney World. You will wait at least 30 minutes every time you walk into that place. Just don't do it. Probably best to not bank with BoA. They don't seem to care about this issue so it must be happening at other branches also.

    Response from the owner

Theres only one teller everytime I go, and I was deposing my tips from bartending and the teller was trying to tell me she couldnt do it because it takes too long and to go to a different location. or use the atm. for about $600 in tips. and she was rude as hell.

Worst experience ever in banking. I was a potential new account inquiry. I was gonna cash a insurance claim check. They have horrible service. I waited 25 min for service only to be told that my check was unable to verify, which the check was drawn from Bank of America. Vicky Carey is a woman that SHOULD NOT be in management. She couldn't explain to me as being customer why she or her teller couldn't assist me with the service I needed. One of the main reasons I would never open a account with Bank of America. I left feeling very offended and violated.

This branch is a mess. They act weird when you are cashing a check. I will never go back. This happened all three times i have been there within the 3 yrs time frame. One of them started figuring out and kept cool after i was hard on them with their dumb questions.

This is the second time in a month that this place doesn’t open on time (should open at 9 and it’s almost 9:30). I don’t know who’s running this but they need to be fired! And the horrible part is that it’s busy too so clearly something needs to be done to fix the situation.

    Response from the owner

Hi Erica. We apologize for any inconvenience. Some locations may either be temporarily closed or operating at limited hours. Here is a link that can help you quickly find your nearest locations and hours: https://locators.bankofamerica.com/. Thank you. ^susan

Slow pace with one teller. Second teller joined but line wasn't moving as fast. This branch of BoA was my very first bank and I've been going out of my way to go there and be loyal, but this was my last visit.

the service is very slow due to only one teller working the full day. plus the teller is slower at the transactions which causes a line wrap around the building. unless you have time to wait at least 30 minutes for service, go somewhere else.

At location because the last weekend before Christmas, the Bank of America at HEB and Bunker Hill/I-10 lost the IT systems. Then today called about a check, 27 minute wait, passed to check dept. - it hung up on me.

This bank is so slow, no many tellers, and customer service is terrible. I would have thought because of the location of this bank, the service will be outstanding.
