Envoy Mortgage and specifically Michael Thompson and his team helped my wife and I move into the home of our dreams. We used my VA benefits but the house we wanted had...issues...which most lenders would run from. Mike and his team worked up a solution, helped show me how to execute it, and now we live where we wanted to. I will always go to Envoy Mortgage for my mortgage needs...they are that good. (P.S. Full disclosure: I'm a real estate agent with many mortgage lender connections but these guys/gals are truly *the best* for me.)

Marisa is amazing. I made sure the second time I contacted her again because my experience working with her was exceptional. She is on point with knowledge of the entire process which provides customers with security and confidence. She is dependable and extremely responsive to phone calls, text messages and emails.

Jonathan and his team were extremely helpful getting us approved and getting our loan funded. They were quick, informative, and very friendly. Andy and the Envoy Team are AMAZING! We were in the process of buying a house, and our original Mortgage Lender was not being very responsive, and we had to push back our closing and everything. A bunch of problems came up on our closing date, and it was just a NIGHTMARE.. Our Realtor saw all the warning signs and reached out to Andy at Envoy Mortgage, and they saved the day! We were able to close exactly a week from our original closing date, and there were no hidden-issues. Andy was motivated, and got through all of our documents within a few days. I could not thank Andy or his team enough for all they've done for us!

Mr Camille did great job on getting my house refinance,he took the time to answer all our questions and offered different options as circumstances changed–all during a challenging time to start a construction and mortgage loan application process. He went above and beyond looking for options when the ideal was no longer available. He responded promptly, including after office hours or during weekends. He provided very clear and unique pre-approval and even called the sellers to let them know that we are more than qualified for the purchase. Mark Bondra is a great lender who made my refinance simple and quick. The entire process was SO much easier than I anticipated, and he saved me $60,000 over the life of the loan. Professional, fair, informative and went above and beyond when a glitz surfaced from a dormant past debt with my mortgage company that help up my title to close. Nick advised me on how I should handle negotiations and even contacted them to appeal on my behalf. The title was finally release when I thought the refinancing was dead...and guess what, we closed right after the new year positioning me debt free from high interest CCs, and free and clear for the remainder of the ownership of my property. No other mortgage broker would have done that and would have labeled me as "closed unsuccessful".

Why do I recommend Ben, Brian, and their entire team? The entire process. The entire process from start to finish (and even after the finish line) has been such a relief, not only because I am a novice with #refinancing, but I also don’t know what questions to ask when comparing different rates. Envoy and the entire team has been helpful in educating me but also helped me plan what to do next to give me more financial freedom/growth as a young adult.
