So far so good. I was approved for a loan in about an hour and received my pre-approval letter a couple days later. I tried a local lender and was denied. I have been a subscriber of Angelo ‘s podcast since March 2018. I reached out January 2021 to see if I could prequalify for a home loan and was pre approved within the hour. They will approve you for a hard money loan but they’re like all the other lenders if not worse, with 13% interest rates & 13% commission fees! Angelo talks like he can really help you on YouTube but he passes you off to an uneducated loan “agent” who doesn’t take the time to hear the game plan because they really don’t truly understand the business like Angelo “might” so they stop listening after hearing certain things because they only want their commision for the HMLs. But like I said, even if you have a great deal you would being paying over 20% in fees& closing costs, so yea shop around folks or have a million dollar project😉🤞🏽Best of luck to everyone on your journey❤️Edit: nothing about my post is false and my sole purpose was not to assassinate the company’s character but instead protect others peace because I was told I needed to improve my life that’s all blessings to you😘

Nightmare company to deal with. Did not work on my paperwork correctly. Did not answer their phones. Wasted a LOT of time and could not close on the home. Changed the loan amounts on a daily basis. Don't trust or waste your time. Run far away from this company.

Angelo says that they close deals fast but the truth 30-45 days isn’t fast and on top of everything else his loan officers do not provide updates and their processing times are very very slow. You’re basically in the dark, there’s no communication or sense of urgency which is surprising because normally loan officers are very efficient and speedy. I would think twice about this company ... then think again. No. a Lack of communication and updates is a huge problem for them. A home purchase is one of the biggest purchases most of us will ever do , it can be very stressful. Updates and communication isn’t to much to ask. I did not choose to use your company due to the lack of communication from the start. My loan was secures through my local credit union. Not asking for short cuts, as fast as you responded to this review that same speed could have been used at the onset of my application process. But it's fine the goal was achieved. Sarah Waters.
