I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I have newer a business account here (4) months. I had a customer write me a check and a write it to the exact name of the DBA. They held the check. So I go get another check and had them cancel initial check, they still held it. Next customer writes me a check correctly and they hold it for 1 week. Noone can help me at the branch or the 800 number. Do not Nak with this this bank business or personally.

I came from California were BofA is everywhere, the banks all close at 6pm, and you can deposit cash into your account with the drive thru ATM. This bank closes at 4pm, and you can't deposit cash into your account using the drive thru. Plus that ATM machine is so outdated, you have put your card in and wait for the machine to tell you to slide your card, and then you have to wait for the ATM to ask you to put the card back in and leave it in there.

Absolutely hands down the best banking/financial institution in the country. Has everything for your personal and business financial needs. Including a partnership with Meryl lynch investments among others. The perks are top notch with updates and state of the art apps, atms and software. The staff is the friendliest, most knowledgeable and accommodating of anything I've seen in a very long time. If you need a positive change for your finances, this is the place to go.

If I could give no Stars I would... THIS location has no leadership, no customer service, and lacks empty..... The men who work here are terrible all of them... It's funny when Heather is there everyone is so nice and helpful... All I can say is trust no one at this bank ESPECIALLY the assisted manager..Also NEVER and I mean NEVER use there 🏧

Banked with Bank of America with 8 yrs. Declining services, the office can never help. More fees and wait times than any other bank local or national. This bank is failing and won't be open in the next 10 years. Save your time and money elsewhere.

my concerns about this bank have been addressed and handled in a professional manner. This was a much better experience the 2nd time around. All super nice people here for sure.

This is the best Bank of America location. I walked in and was greeted and assisted right from the door. I needed to make a credit card payment for my mother and at first the teller said I wasn't authorized but one of the branch managers stepped in by the name Heather and was willing to make an exception for me. She didn't have to do that but she did and I'm very appreciative. I feel all the associates are first class professionals, and the bank is blessed to have Heather as an employee! I'd highly recommend anyone opening up an account or doing any kind of financial services at this Bank of America in Woodbury.

Well I have banked with Bank Of America for about 4 years now with problems along the way but today takes the cake they cashed then returned our stimulus check... So now during a Pandemic with no one working I am now over drafted buy over a $1,000 and no way to fix it. They told us to call the IRS smh... I basically told them to close the account I can't pay that... And I won't.. I wouldn't bank with them if they do this during a Pandemic.

Receptionist is quite a rude lil Karen, when I asked a question, she said "my tellers will not help you, and I need to leave now! She doesn't realize she works for us who bank there...
