Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Washington Blvd, Whittier

Be prepared to wait. There are 7 (?) service windows and there's usually only one teller on duty. You're lucky if there's two. The last time I was there, there were 3 guys in suits just walking around. I don't know why one or two of them couldn't take a few minutes to help with customer service. And the day before that, there was a sign on the front door that said they were closed "due to circumstances beyond their control." A major bank had to close in the middle of the day on a Tuesday? I can see that from a small, mom and pop bank, but Bank of America? I always feel like they don't care about their customers.

What is it with every single BoFa in Whitter? 40 people standing in line and two maybe three tellers working on any given day. Its like the blind leading the blind. Not just one.... but every single BoFa in Whittier is like this. The best part? Again, at all of them.... two entrances to the building, but only use one. No sign or anything to let you know to only use the one entrance. The amount of people I have seen wait on the wrong side or have tk get turned around is pathetic. You cant use the pandemic for excuses any more. None of the other banks in this area have this same problem. Take you business elsewhere or at least OUT of Whittier.

This location has the worst bank manager ever. One hour average wait time and no one cares!

I lost my ATM card on 4/3/21, they said a new one would arrive in 4 to 6 business days. Ten business days later I went on line to find out where my card was. They said they would respond within two days, still no response. I went into bank manager was rude and unhelpful. I think I should take my account elsewhere.

All i needed was a Bank Statement i waited in line only 1 teller 10 people in line the teller said she was unable to process statement had me sit down another lady came out asked if i was receiving stmnts by mail i said no. She argued with me then said they had many appts and i would have to wait i asked how long she asked for my card said she would let me know a Manager came out informed me again i should be rec stmnts at home i told him Im not he said it would take an hour then disappeared and i have been waiting 1/2 hr Manager appeared to believe he could bully me into leaving.they claimed to have "many" appts but people they were helping were out of the line and when they would finish they would run to the back Manager JC

I want to give a shoutout to J C at this Bank, he saw me standing in line with my cane and approached me and asked me if I wanted him to save my spot in line so I could sit while waiting. I`m 81 years old and it was a blessing to be able to sit for the half hour it took to reach the front of the line. THANX!!!

Can't take a picture of the many people waiting in line. But honestly, I will really recommend you to avoid this bank, don't get me wrong I like Bank of America but this location is busy all the time, and it's only TWO cashiers attending the costumers. You see more people but they are just walking around, while you're waiting for almost 40 minutes to get help, it's stupid.

Why have 8 windows for tellers when they only have two maximum at all times. The fact they close so early, I’m surprised they get to anyone. It’s always busy and not because there’s a large amount of customers. Will never come again and will probably change banks because it’s the same everywhere else. Bank of America sucks

Everytime I come here the lines are long even the merchant line is out the door. The associates here have a "no can do attitude" always willing not help with their supposed technicalities. The branch manager here was very rude kept interrupting the conversation I was having with the banker. There merchant services are deplorable, the portable ATM machine is always breaking down and they charge outrageous prices at the end of the month. For you business owners out there you are better off using the square dont get lured into the merchant services. You will regret it.

12 to 15 customers waiting in line to see a teller and only 2 tellers, while having 2 available bodies floating around doing from what it seams nothing.
