Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Randall Rd, Lake In The Hills

No banks near me open anywhere for over a year now, time to switch banks.. some nonsense. Lake Zurichs branch has been open the whole time throughout covid. All around bs Thanks for being highly inconvenient through these tough times.

Every time I come here one of the atms is always down. Now they got new atms so I was excited. Not only did the atm not accept my deposit, but it froze and ate my card. Its too risky to use this atm location. You just know know if the devices will freeze with your card or money inside and your transaction unprocessed. And of course the customer service line takes forever to get to a real person and when you do, they can't help with much because they're not on site. Get it together Bank of America.

I always ride my bike over to the bank to make my deposits and the workers are always so nice and caring. They always ask me if I want a bottle water to take with. I love how there so friendly and always do my transactions correctly and fast.

Location been closed for a while but the drive through still open might have to go to the one nearby if you want to withdraw more

After my fourth visit to open an account, I have decided to go to a different bank. Zero ability to open an account without an appointment but I wasn’t told that until this last visit. There was one teller, one person who is there to help anyone who apparently knew to make an appointment and one greeter. There were no customers in the building and I was still told I had to wait 30 minutes. I was told to go on line to open it but you still have to go back to the bank to verify your info. No thank you. There are many banks who actually want new customers. It is not Bank of America.

I would rate this branch ZERO if it were an option. Extremely awful customer service, understaffed every single time I tried to call, visit, and schedule an appointment online to meet with a banker. One of the tellers repeatedly tried telling me I was wrong, which is the biggest mistake in retail/customer service. Closed my accounts and will highly steer people away from this bank. I hope this branch closes down very soon, as it already looks like it is going downhill.

What happened to the previous manager? Every time I walked in the bank before I would be greeted and asked to be helped. Now, you walk in and nobody even sees you. You asked to be helped, they tell you that only the manager can help. The manager has no customers and he is in one of the offices. I waited 10 min. and the manager wasn't available to help, so I left. I came back the following week. The same story. Nobody even sees that you walk in. I'm sitting down and I wait for somebody to come and help me and the staff just walks by you. They don't even ask if you need help. I'm very disappointed with this location. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic customer service and quick turn-around times. Laurel in particular is extremely helpful, kind, and professional.
