Horrible horrible horrible place and sevice, would like to give them zero or negative star. It took me an hour to just make one deposit for a non profit organization. There were only five people in front but they have only one cashier open who was also doing drive through on a Friday evening!!!!! Do you believe that. And that is not the first time, it's always like that. Slow and pathetic service and all the ladies are just sitting around and chitchatting and not helping. Bank of America should close that branch or fire all those employees there and hire some good staff.

I lost my bank card, went to make a withdrawal from this branch and they told me I can't make a withdrawal that my account is blocked... Its funny I called bofa fraud line and they told me the account is ok. After serious back and forth with poor choice of words, with the bank manager I couldn't get my withdrawal I got frustrated and left.. Looking at the staff they didn't seem to know what they are doing including the manager. I was just so embarrassed I had just seen a woman crying infornt of the the teller bcos the bank manager kept bothering her with silly questions and making her transaction as difficult as it should be. The manager here is absolutely withordoubt extremely poor at her job

This bank Sucks... I have been living in this area from 20 years and since BOA is the only bank who has more than one branch in Silver Spring area, we thought it would be convenient to open up an account years ago other wise I will never go to this branch. There are always shortage of employees any time you walk in, even the line for deposit is always big as usual there will be one teller behind the counter. This was same when they had drive through and now without drive through still the same. I was there with my son to make a deposit and open up his account. After looking at this branch services, he changed his mind and end up opening account in Sandy Spring Bank. I have also start using other BOA branch in White Oak which is little far from where I live but better services.

I sent my elder Hispanic parents to deposit cash in BOA accounts. Cashier treated them as they were drug dealers. She said the bills were "dirty" put hand sanitizer, didn't even bother to verify or count the bills and while my poor mother asked what to do she answered : "do whatever you want". Racist, ugly, uneducated, ignorant and unprofessional at the very least, the worst is that the cashier is African american and she should know better. Called the manager and wrote complaint letters to senior management and up. I am extremely offended by the attitude of this poorly paid ignorant bank teller. They are supposed to be the face of the bank and if you are reading this : listen to your calling, do us all a big favor : Quit now! ... you are extremely unfit for this or any customer facing job. P.S.: We need a feature to rate 0 stars!

Very slow all the time, few slow tellers, bad attitudes from the manager to the tellers. Bank of America clearly doesn't value the customers in this area. Please give space to another bank or business. It is better to have the ATMs only. Not much of a difference.

This the worst branch I've been to ever in my life. There's a African descendent women that is horrible at the counter at the entrance. I literally seen her have 8 people just waiting in line with no direction to see a banker in the back, pertaining to openin a account or other personal reasons. I've been with BOA For 28 years and will be cancelling my account due to the customer service especially at this branch. There's another employee last name is Arabic, omg she's the worst. She verified my account 11 times before giving me my money. Upper management is clearly not holding these people accountable, this is why they feel empowered to treat there customers poorly...I will continue to write until the CEO Brian T. Moynihan contacts me. I have the time, I will write, write, write. I hope my review is heard and helps.

This bank is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I went in to withdraw a large sum of money off a card (more than the ATM will give) and the teller's response... "Our machine is broken." WHAT?!?! You mean you are a bank and you can't give me money?! And you only have one machine that can do this? Omg, seriously? And to top it off, there was no apology; no thought of "I'll ask my manager when s/he thinks it is getting fixed;" no "I'm very sorry, but if you'd like to leave your number I can call you as soon as it is working..." NOTHING. Of course, this is not to mention I waited in line 20 minutes! It just doesn't get any worse than this place.

Beware! I needed change and received a Canadian coin in with my dimes. You may think its nothing but adding up all the people that may have received this and they are stealing lots of money that way. They should check their money, not the first time it happens to me. Also, one teller for a busy long line? Not good at all!!
