We had our mortgage through BOA for years. We kick it old school, and pay it every month with a check and payment coupon. Long before Covid, I would run in and pay it. Long lines, one teller, and what seemed to be a manager, by the front door asking a million questions and trying to sell bank products. Then they took out their drive thru. Big inconvenience. I was in line with a young mother and her two young children. She was upset about the drive thru being closed too. Then I get to the window. I didn't have the payment coupon. (my fault) The teller would not process the payment because I was not on the mortgage. All she had to do was look up the account number and process the payment. She refused. So we ended up mailing it in going forward. Because all the branches were closed. Even a bigger hassle, trying to register online to pay it. They had our landline which is no longer in service, and an old email which is no longer used. So there was no way to update our information. Thankfully, few months ago, we refinanced. No longer with this bank. And I see they're still closed. This bank claims to have such great customer service. I beg to differ.

I called to ask a simple question about a list of approved appraisers. They wouldn't answer me over the phone so I'm going to go with a different bank. My experience with them overall has been horrible. Please find a local credit union and use them.

This bank has very bad customer service. They don’t even answer the phone, have no drive up service and seldom has more than one teller working

The worst place. They are very slow, understaffed. They pretty much ate up my lunch time by having me wait for 1 hour. I will never come back to this location.

I’d give them less than one star if I could. I received a deposit payment from a customer for over $30k (my customer has a BOA account) and I’m being notified that even after my customer called into his banker at BOA and authorized the release of funds they are still going to hold the funds for 9 days. Why is this legal and why are they doing this? I’m sure the answer why they are doing it is if they do it to everyone can you imagine the interest they are collecting by holding check payments 9 days! Greed! I wouldn’t bank at BOA if they were the only bank around. They suck!!! Customer service sucks at the banks and in their phone lines. I know. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over a week. Pathetic!

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, I have had a credit card with them for over 2 and I've never missed a payment never once went under, over the weekend a payment was delayed resulting in my first overdraft even tho I have overdraft protection on they never told me I had been charged not until the next day when I noticed the fee, I went there figuring when I first made account they gave me card I never used called stuff happens and she said those expired and that its charged to be more fair , but there was nothing that she can do for me fine , I will close my account in a few day,, but then she called back and actually helped me made me feel great I would recommend

They closed the drive-thru, their lobby hours are inconvenient, and the location is understaffed with underpaid employees.
