I came in to apply for a loan and the service and hospitality given was fabulous. Stephanie Moore, the banker who walked me through the process, went way above and beyond, kept me informed at every corner, very easy to get ahold of and communicate with, made it a very comfortable series of meetings. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Do not bank here!. I came from out of town to take csre of some things my mother needed. She needs a wheelchaor when she goes out so i am on her signature card. When trying to access her safe deposit box at the end of march they apparently lost our signature cards. I had to have us both do new cards. I had copies made for my records. 1 month later i had to go in there again and thought not to bring the copies because how could they lose them already? Well they did. Im so ticked off. Finally got in. Worse filing ever for an important document. I think a letter.to the state regulator is in order.

I find it kind of rude that their associeates will have a extra long “conversation” with one customer and hold up the customer waitings day. Im currently trying to make a account and there is one guy avail to do it whos been having a personal convo the entire time ive been here.

The only ATM outside at this location also has a tube service for banking. Defeats the purpose of me being able to quickly run through the ATM. Very inconvenient

Honestly this is the best bank I've ever had. They were really quick and efficient with me, and very thorough with helping my open my new account. Whenever I have to go in, I'm in and out and the ATM is quick too. Honestly it's the quickest bank I've ever been to while living here. The employees are also very sweet and always very welcoming to anyone who walks in. I have a wonderful experience everytime I go inside!

BMO is great but this location is the worst, they never pick up the phone and have messed up deposits multiple times.

I attempted to report fraud by one of their customers and they dismissed it even with substantial evidence. They have little to no online security but will have you waiting up to a half hour to cash even a small check if you dont have an account with them. I have never had an account with them and never will.
