Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W New Haven Ave, Melbourne

This location has the worst customer service. Either there is only one teller with a long line or 3 tellers with 1 customer and no one is helping customers. There were 3 tellers having a lovely conversation for 10 minutes until someone whom I assume was the manager can back from lunch.

Bank ok America!!! You guys are scamming ppl for there money, the most not honest bank I ever been in.. I will not recommend nobody to be in this bank

Rudest staff I've ever seen. I've been in 2 times got the same employee and same attitude. Manager even backed her up. I'm pretty easy to deal with but rudeness doesn't fly. First time I went to deposit CASH into my fiance's account, while she was out of town. I was told they don't accept cash. Seriously? What happened to legal tender for ALL transactions. Manager backed her up, then I was told they won't let me deposit without her debit card. I had a deposit ticket with account info, that wasn't good enough though. Second time I brought the debit card, walked in and was told they don't take cash at the teller, and I must use the ATM. I said we just got married I don't know her pin, I just need to make a deposit. I was told NO and when I expressed my thoughts (not yelling or cussing) of how asinine that was I was told to feel free to move the account. Trust me I will! I realize not every branch is this way but avoid this one like the plague.

The drive-up ATM stole $460 from me and the claims department is blaming ME somehow? All I did was put money in, the machine malfunctioned and didn’t show my deposit. I report it and they do NOTHING. It’s straight theft and they are okay stealing my money.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Very slow every single time. Try Space Coast Credit Union - I never wait ridiculous times inside or at drive thru, fast process and current technology.

They have limited "open" hours here. Sometimes the drive thru is closed for no apparent reason. The drive thru is very tight for large vehicles. Staff is not horrible but not overly friendly. Sometimes only one teller for both drive thru and walk-in customers. I would never have an account at this bank. I only have to deal with it as HOA Treasurer. Luckily only once or twice a month. Suntrust is soooo much better.

Today, I gave up trying to call and speak w/someone at this branch. Sadly, most of the negative comments are true. Don't know what's happened. Have been with BOA for over 25 years. They used to be a really good bank, but I have been very disappointed the past 4-5 years. They are obviously short handed, which is management's fault! But I guess they don't care. Management needs to check out the TD bank on the corner -- and see how efficiently TD operates. Big difference ! Maybe BOA will start improving.

Need a quite long wait before you get served by a receptionist. Though they have 5 windows, only 2 of those were used and that's not efficient at all. Most of the staff are nice. Agent Danielle is really welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. If anyone needs to make appointment ahead, make sure set your schedule up with her.

Wait time is always forever. Plan to spend lots of time making deposits. Do they need help? Why is there always people walking around but the line is out the door? Also not the nicest people to deal with. Most of the time they seem aggravated with helping you.

Tellers are very slow and are not fully trained to handle banking functions. Will not recommend BOA to anyone.
