Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Crozet Ave, Crozet

BofA Crozet bankers are not competent users of their own banking systems. Three hours in the branch with assistant manager and manager to setup a new account and transfer money from an existing account. Money still not transferred after 10 days due to typo of assistant manager. Only found out by calling 1-800 BofA, who says they now need another week to get the funds transferred.

Just went to Bank of America in CROZET to complete a vhange of address and set up online banking. 3 employees 1 customer at window which took 3 to help. Otntook linger for the teller, the manager and assistant manager to let me know that i needed alpt then it would have taken to complete my process. Can see why they are closing.

Small town feel and phenomenal staff.

I've been using this branch since the downtown one closed, and had mixed experiences. The hours are unusual for most of the week, and can be problematic. The staffing can also be an issue. There are rarely enough tellers, and wait times can be unacceptably long, though you may also walk in and be the only person waiting for service(rare case). The tellers themselves are fantastic though. They are always very courteous, pleasant, and fast. I understand that this is a small town bank and can't maintain a huge staff, but they seem to have neglected to staff up to keep up with the growth of the local population.

I've been using this bank for over 13 years and have seen it get progressively worse day after day. Today was a new low. Went through the drive through and waited and waited for service that never came. Had to actually drive around and go into the building to finish the transaction. Talked to the manager who I found to be rude and unhelpful.
