Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Montauk Hwy, West Babylon

Been a customer for close to 10 years now. Just moved to west Babylon and started using this branch. Have to say that the customer service is absolutely terrible. Worked with a Tyler Wansor and my experience was absolutely horrific. He made me feel as if I wasn’t wanted and left with the feeling of being judged for everything. There are plenty of other banks in the area. Going to switch. Not worth the amount of disrespect.

This bank has become the worst BoA I've ever used. Not my first issue but possibly the last time I'll go to this location. I've had an account for 20+ years through FL. This branch has declined fast. I needed a notary, I've done this here before. The woman who came over looked over the paperwork & said I needed an appt due to 6 signatures. She set that for 2 hours later. When I went back the "new to doing" notary said she couldn't do it because I couldn't fill out all the lines in the document but she would verify with the "expert notary" which was the woman who made the appt for me ... wait ... there's 2 in the building and no customers & I can't get them to do it now??? To top it off the one who made the appt that had looked over the papers before & never said this needs to be filled out so you can do that ahead of time. The lawyer said I didn't need to fill out the entire papers but BoA requires it to notarize my signature? I'm ok with the policy BUT I'm not ok with the lack of details. I wasted 3 hours to go back & not get it done ... "ohhh I'm so sorry I didn't think to tell you that" ... shoddy work ethics ... no wonder they only need 3 people to work the bank. I'm guessing this branch will be gone soon! Sad cause I used to like it. To the girl who wrote the other review ... I don't think they're racist with the notary task, just poor workmanship. No pride in doing their job & customer service is a joke here. Can't wait to go back to my FL BRANCH - THOSE FOLKS ARE GREAT COMPARED TO W.BABYLON BRANCH

Easy to see right off Montauk Highway servicing West Babylon and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Staff is ok. Personal loans and mortgages are available. We will most likely be going back.

Been banking with Bank of America for over 5 years but this is my last I am closing the account I dealt with Tyler and it was probably the worst experience of my life, he was rude nasty, and disrespectful I don’t understand how he still works for your bank. I’m going to chase

MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. THE NOTARY SERVICE THEY OFFER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS BANK. THE DISTRICT MANAGER WAS CALLED ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE. SHE APOLOGIZED BUT LIED AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP. WHY LIE. WHY BE RACIST TO LONG STANDING CUSTOMERS. THEY HATE BLACK AND SPANISH PEOPLE.

This branch is terrible! Ahmed the teller is a piece of work. Enjoys inconveniencing the customers with smile. If the guy hates his job so much, he should find another line of work. Giving customers the finger should not be tolerated.

Been with Bank of America for a few years. I had a little bit of issues here and there, but today iced the topping on the cake. Anne and Taylor had such poor work ethics, body mechanics and a poor way with their tone and vocabulary! Beyond upset with such unprofessionalism especially in such a easy going environment! I had enough thank you especially to Taylor!!!! Will be switching banks! account closed today! Thank you Taylor!

Tyler, Adam and Ahmed are awesome. Always refer to the customers by first name always friendly and always helpful. Pleasure banking with them.

The staff is always friendly & the inside of the branch had an upgrade. Can get to see a teller with little wait & desk area there to help with questions.

The branch is really horrible The people that work there specially (Tyler wansor) he don’t have no customer respect I’ve been a customer there since 2003 and I also have a business account there and a personal account and I’m this close of closing this account out just because of him stay away from the bench
