Very nice staff. Issue is with their computerized system. It knows how to accept payment, but not how to correctly return it - if you used more than 1 form of payment. Huge headache for a simple return. Still not resolved.

Atmosphere was very nice, as was the staff. Room we rented was too small for the amount of people and it was upstairs with no restrooms. We had to either walk through another private party to get to the restroom or actually go outside and walk around to the front entrance to get to the restroom.

Had the part I needed, held it for me and really helped with other supplies I needed when I got there. Great staff and also e service.

Great parts, accurate online inventory quick shipping, and outstanding warranty. They are my go to for local auto parts when I cannot wait for an order from Rock Auto.

Plenty of options, pretty helpful employees, will get out of stock items quick, have most common parts in stock. I will go out of my way to shop at the West Babylon store, clean, organized and always someone to help or check you out.

Mr.Anthony is a very nice young man! He did a great job replacing my cabin air filter.

I love shopping here. They go out of their way to help you with what you need for your car. They don't sell you what you don't need. Great problem solvers. They'll change out your battery, headlights, interior lights and filters(except oil changes), loan you tools, no fees, just price of the tool, bring it back and you get all you money back. Good people!

I had a great experience at Auto Zone thanks to Anthony. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars/car battery’s….at all! However, Anthony help me choose the best battery and even installed it for me, quite quickly! It’s nice to see people who are doing their job, and a good job at that. A valuable employee!!

I love this store it's clean, it always has the parts I'm always looking for and usually has workers that know what they doing but today I had an issue that was alarming to me. I showed up and this customer (older lady) was pouring oil in the dipstick and I went to help her cause she clearly didn't know what she was doing and asked her why didn't the workers inside help you and she answered back that they didn't want to help which is a bad sign, I finished helping her and went inside and asked them why did they just hand her a funnel and not help her and the workers said they don't touch oil. Which is wrong if you can go outside to troubleshoot codes and replace bulbs and such, why not pour a quart of oil while watching her struggle with her car. I would never tell a old lady something like that, treat them like if it your mother asking for help. It's just rude and horrible service.

Polite, good service, guy came out changed my battery and turn signal. 👍👍👍👍👍.

Peter is awesome! Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He even installed the new battery for my key fob in for me. Will be back.

Anthony was wonderful! Went to Autozone on a Saturday evening after BOTH headlights went out and Anthony was able to replace them with ease. Lifesaver.

Wonderful staff, went there to get something for my tire. Staff worker Jerianne B. Was so polite and helpful. She looked up my car information with the VIN# I provided and was able to get my part efficiently. All my parts wasn’t on hand at the time but she went above and beyond and gave me a list of near by Auto Zones that had them on hand. Definitely a good experience.

These guys went above and beyond. My battery went bad on my GMC and I had no idea how to do it myself or that the battery was so difficult to and they got the job done without any complaints. You guys are lifesavers!
