Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Bank of America (with drive through ATM) and drive through overnight deposit box. Located at the corner of Banks Crossing and North Glynn Street in Fayetteville GA. Convenient location and visible for most drivers in the area. The drive through teller service was replaced with drive through ATM during COVID. Usually limited staff and be ready to stand in line for a bit. Helpful and polite staff

    Response from the owner

Most of the reviews for this location were 1 star, pretty sad. People work at this place is arrogant. They "pretend" like I have no ideas what they are doing. It is your responsibility to let manager to sign my check, not me; I walked around the building and look for person who can sign so I can go. I stood in front of her and waited for her to finish talking with other customer, then she walked away. The bank teller could have done/called her over to sign the check. This is rude and very unprofessional.

It took them over 14 days to post my check in my account. It took them so long I had to borrow money to open a Suntrust account. It took three days with Suntrust and some of the money was immediately available. BOA promised I’d have some money available the next day but it never showed up. They could never give me an explanation as to why it took so long. The day the money posted, I withdrew my money and closed the account. I will never do business with them again. DCCU and Suntrust are way better banks when it comes to deposits and customer service.

Stood outside in the heat for over an half hour for our appointment. I took my 15yo son in to open a student checking account. He made a deposit of $25 to open his account, he was so excited. Three days later we received a letter in the mail stating they closed his accound. Now it's a waiting game to get a check for his $25. It's been over 2 weeks since they said it was mailed out. He's had a savings account with the credit union since age 5, he will just have to wait a few more months to turn 16 and get a checking account at the credit union.

Every time I come here on Saturday’s they only have two tellers working with a line out the door. You would think that management would see this as an issue and fix it by scheduling two more tellers for a total of 4 tellers and that would at least HELP the situation. I guess they’ve never managed a bank before, I mean I haven’t but seems like that would fix the issue. 🙄😐

Absolute disgrace of a financial institution. I was asked to write my ssn down on a scratch piece of paper to verify my account. I had no idea i was banking with a used car dealership type atmosphere. Closed all accounts with them and have to wait 30 days to receive my money from accounts. I guarantee if I owed them money and told them they will have to wait for payment there would be late fees associated with that. The teller with red hair is very rude and the exact reason everyone should seek banking options elsewhere. Never had a problem with them until i started using this location.

Location is temporarily closed, I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and they did not let me know. Was supposed to pick up a certified check for a 10:00 a.m. refinance closing and was completely unprepared due to lack of communication. There were about four other people in line all with appointments that were not told as well.

    Response from the owner
