Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Montauk Hwy, Islip

I am here because I wanted to say thank you to all of those hard working people for their help. The people there are very welcoming especially James Decandia, he was the one who assisted me a couple months ago. I went there to open a checking account and I found myself with two other different accounts a few weeks after. He was very professionnal and patient, my English is not very accurate, so he took his time to explain me how each account works, and I am grateful that he never got bored with my "many questions" every time I went there, Thank you!

Always trying to up sell at Bank of America. When we first signed up the CS rep kept us there forever taking our information, setting up accounts, making us feel "poor" as we didn't have a lot of money. Fast forward to now and they call and keep trying to up sell us their products and services. Sweet as pie and so gracious. Held my husband's check for no good reason and it took 3 phone calls and a visit to the branch to sort out. Someone needs to tell the bank they work for us not visa versa.

Teller are unhelpful and rude. More interested in there on conversations than helping customers.

Absolutely a nightmare of a bank. Took so long on line by the time I got up there 45 minutes later the cashier told me should couldn’t help. Nightmare.

Slowest branch. There are always multiple working and only one teller. Avoid if you can

I have come to this location several times and every time it is an unpleasant and slow banking experience. The tellers are EXTREMELY slow. How many people does it take to solve an issue? I am writing this while waiting behind a line of 8 people and I havent moved in line for 10 minutes. I would highly recommend any other BOA location. I have been to many locations in the NY and Long Island area and every time I come here, I am always waiting and not once does a manager attempt to speed up the process.

One of the worst banking experiences ever. I'm glad I dont bank here anymore. Miserable, Unhelpful employees. Went to clear up an issue for my mother who lives in Florida. Never again. Credit Union is the way to go.

Poor help went in to deposit a check at 3pm lady was in a rush told me to deposit at the atm told her I knew that but I also wanted to take out of it as well she refused to help me and said use the atm as I was walking out they where locking there doors but they close at 4..... another customer l walked in an showed her the sign said it they close at 4 she laughed of saying sorry I thought it was 4 ...never coming back to this branch And I well be switching banks in the near future

Awful awful awful bank. I hate this bank and this branch. I've had nothing but problems since I opened an account with them. Terrible service, terrible bank.

Terrible service everytime. Avoid this branch like the plague
