TD Bank Montauk Hwy, Bay Shore

Bank is a joke ! Rotten people with attitudes and when something is their fault on their end or their computers they can't own up to it and treat customers like lepers ! Horrible

As with any td.. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Today, Candice with the rad blue hair went above and beyond to help me out when she did not have to. I work in customer service, i understand you cannot make every single person happy.. But today i left as a happy customer. Thank you.

Website states bank is open at 8am but the door says branch opens at 8:30am. Need to be more clear when your branch opens. Also the Drive thru was open but no one came to take my transaction. So I pulled back in front and waited till 8:30 for branch to open. Get your hours straight please.

I am TD banks customer for 10 years i do my all banking with TD bank. Usually they are nice with smiles. BUT TODAY 9/16/2017 I WENT TO DEPOSIT MONEY THERE WAS A YOUNG GUY AT DRIVE THRU SO RUDE HE DOESN'T HAVE MANORS TO WELCOME CLIENTS NO HI NO THATK YOU I HAVE TO DO HIS JOB TO SAY HELLO AND THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY. HE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE IF HE GOING TO BRING HIS PERSONAL MISERABLE LIFE AND PERSONAL PROBLEMS AT THE WORK. TD BANK FIRE HIS ASS HE IS BAD IMAGE FOR YOU.

If I could give this TD zero stars I would. 1st of all they charge you $7 to cash their own checks and won't even give you a receipt that show the fee you paid. 2nd they won't allow you to exchange bills of you are a non-customer, even after using their ATM to withdraw funds from your bank and paying a fee...crazy! 3rd the female manager working there today was rude and condescending. I was considering opening an account because this branch is near my house, but with customers service like I received today and the silly bs fees, I can only imagine what they do to accumulate customers. I hope they get taken over by another banking institution, maybe then they will treat customers and non-customers better. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!

I am fond of the staff (shout outs to Janice and Juan). I also find the clerks to be very friendly and helpful. It feels like humans helping humans there.

This bank is nothing but greed!! They charged me $7.00 to cash a customers $400.00 installment check. Then had the audacity to ask if I would like to open an account, I said hell no, not with a bank with greedy policies like that. 2days society with greed sucks and so does TD BANK!!

They need more people working here. But with staff shortages everywhere I guess I should be giving them some leeway.

Says it open till 6pm and the doors are locked at 5:30pm with 2 people inside. My card got canceled because someone hacked my info. I went there to get a new card made up and I can't now and have to wait till tomorrow
