Scalice’s Team was without a doubt the missing link that ultimately allowed us to move into our new house. We are beyond thankful for your service, for the high quality, for the timely response and for being able to adjust to our time sensitive request with rarely found compassion by offering a fair price for the needed priority. The most important aspect is that no one, I will repeat, no one in the region from Long Island up to Putnam County came even close to your responsiveness and willingness to help! Now if you are still reading and interested in the details I am open to share more. Simply put, end of lease approaching, house purchase closing halted last minute because there was no survey to provide (yes! We can argue how the process can reach this point and no one seem to own it, but that is for another time). We desperately reached out to more than 10 places and all went from the 4 to 7 weeks turn around for a property survey with only one offering 10 days at a disheartening doubled price (100% price hike that is!). Imagine that on a home closing budget, the impact it has on a family. Nevertheless, we found Scalice (kudos to Yelp on their project model, sorry Google 😬) and suddenly there was hope with a reasonable price on a 3-5 days expedited offering. Did they deliver! It was simply one for the books on how amazing this team was. We were able to move days shy from APR interest lock expiration (due to several other delays) and, again, this would NOT have been possible if not for the commitment, high quality and precise work from Scalice’s team. Thank you Erik for your diligence and patience in understanding and guiding us. Thank you Jake for the work done on the field. I must say I had not seen your dedication and enthusiasm while doing your job in years. It was refreshing to see so much positive energy, undoubtedly producing precise and good results. Thanks Amanda and Darlene for your help with coordinating communication and reports with my team. Great attitude and honest willingness to help. Thanks to the rest of the team, from our Family as we now have a place we can call home thanks to you in a very in a decisive way.

From coordinating/scheduling the survey to getting in touch with various teams for fixing issues (had some minor marking errors in our case), they genuinely have customers in their heart and make Scalice stand out above others.

Scalice is incredibly responsive, professional, and reliable. Amanda and Darlene were an absolute pleasure to deal with on scheduling/paying for the project. We are planning on doing some gardening soon and requested they stake out the property line so we do not encroach on our neighbors property. I wasn’t home when they came, however my parents said the surveyors were amazing. Adjectives such as nice and precise were thrown around when I got home and received the debriefing. I am so happy we went the “by the book” survey route and a huge stress has been lifted off our shoulders. Surveying isn’t a service we need everyday obviously, but I would absolutely recommend them again to anyone needing this type of expertise.

Have been going back and forth with them because they provided a survey that is inconsistent with the original survey. When trying to understand, all Sara Scalice mentioned is “she has additional evidence to show” but doesn’t want to provide us with this “additional evidence”. This company lacks customer service and DOES NOT try to explain things to the customer as quick as they are to take their money. Find another surveyor -Jessica Hardial
