Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Trabuco Rd, Mission Viejo

Went to this branch (without appointment) to open a new account and all the staff have been very helpful and accomodating especially Niloufar who assisted me during the entire application process. Highly recommended.

Heads up - they are CLOSED SATURDAYS!! BoA website and listing say its open on Saturday 10a-1pm at this location. I’m here now at 12:25pm and apparently this branch is closed on Saturdays??? Update your website and information online so people don’t waste their time and driving here for no reason. Incredibly disrespectful to your customers.

Waited in line for 30mins for the clerk to tell me she couldn’t help me with either of my requests. She wasn’t very apologetic about it either. If this was my regular branch I’d switch banks.

Another horrible experience at Bank of Incompetence. Only 5 people in line and took over 50 minutes to withdrawal cash. Manager was on a power trip and refused to hand over my cash until I wrote down my SSN on a piece of paper. I told him it was not 1950 and that writing my full SSN on a piece of paper violates privacy and security laws, but he didn't care. I'm in the process of closing all accounts and moving to US Bank.

Me too, I can't say enough about how much I hate to go to BoA! Any branch! Always waiting so long for the one or two bank tellers while so many were seen walking around or behind the offices! BoA does not deserve our business! They are too much into red tape, not into customer service or satisfaction. I called and waited 55 min today before Theo answered but he told me he only had 30 seconds to wait for me before he had to leave the call! Incredibly frustrating for such a big name bank to provide this poor quality of customer service! As soon as I refi my mortgage, I will never step into BoA again!

Thank you Ms. Hilla Safaielahi for all of your help. You greeted me at the door and personally handled the issue I came in with. I've been a member for 17 years and will continue to be with service like this. Very much appreciated.

I am still under stress after the visit this branch. The manager is sitting in the back and had to call her several times to ask about second teller on the Monday morning. She said she has only one and gave me BoA telephone number. When i argue her and said I have seen a second she said She need a break each two hours. the bank was opened at 9 am and the situation was until 11 am. What is the break in less than 2 working hours. I can understand any emergency for teller. We are human. if she told me tuth I could understand. I spent more than half hour under stress. if I could I wish to close my business account, but I am not able.

I went to three branches today, but none of them can do the wire transaction for me?

The manager denied to take a paycheck and said it is Gift Certificate. I was able to do it myself with online banking. what I have to do if I do not have online banking? All bank information we have on the check

This location update their hours 2 days ago and still isn't open when they say they're thing to be. Ridiculous way to conduct business.
