Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

After reading the bad reviews I went there to see it in person. OMG, the line was huge! The staff told me that BOA closed 4 branches in the area and that's the reason they are busy every single day. I am considering moving to a different bank now. The guy in the front counter was super nice.

I have used this branch of the BOA for five years and cannot praise the tellers and management enough. The tellers are professional, helpful, patient, and friendly. I was especially impressed by the way this bank was managed during Covid.
Hello Domenic, thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^michael

I pulled up to the branch 4 minutes before it closed got the door 3 minutes before it closed and the doors were locked and they would not let me in. I fully understand that there is a need to have shortened business hours. But the local branch shouldn't shorten them even further at the inconvenience of its customers who are trying to deposit a $5,000 check.
We appreciate your feedback. This will help us continue to improve our processes.

Typical B of A branch. Understaffed and long waits. Amazing that they are one of the largest banks in America.

This is not my personal bank but my mom's bank. The only reason I went there was to put money in my mom's account. Now this is the only bank close to me that is open( all the rest are closed) so please tell me why there was only 2 people handling transactions? There was a line inside and outside. Do better Bank Of America.

Had an very unpleasant encounter with an alleged teller named Suzanne. Belligerent, rude & scolding. I can see why this branch has such low review scores. Spoke with assistant manager afterward, let's see if anything improves.

Went here to get change for 1 bill. Stood in line for 30 minutes. There was 1 teller handling everything. 4 managers walking around doing absolutely nothing. None of them seemed to know how to take money from customers. Ended up leaving when managers refused to open another line and do their job. Unless you have 2 hours to stand in line and watch no one work, don't ever go here. Ridiculous customer service.

Well I don't know why it is so low ranked but as soon as I came lady at lobby helped me much and I resolved all of my issues. Thank you for them. Recommend
Hello Khurmatulla, thanks for the review! We’re glad to hear about your great experience and hope you’ll consider Bank of America for your future banking needs. ^michael

I wanted to make a $100 deposit, to my father's account. He is sick and can't physically go to the bank. He give me the money in cash, and the deposit slip he already filled with the corresponding information. I know this is possible, and I did it several times before. Actually the last time I did that, was less than a month ago_((in this very same branch)). But now a new younger teller out of only "two tellers" told me that that is not possible?!.. I was very surprised and ask her for the branch manager, so that we can clarify this misunderstanding, and all I keep getting at the time, is this teller trying to distract me with more questions, instead of answers. So I left after waiting for 15 minutes in line, another 10 minutes arguing about this silly deposit, and couldn't talk to a manager, and couldn't make a simple deposit, just because I don't have an account with them?_ Maybe that means I'm not a costumer?..And therefore not even worth to talk to? I can see there's NO effort at all in trying to convince me that they're any better than the worst bank. Particularly this branch_ Therefore, I'm NOT interested in having an account with them, until they start considering the costumer as the priority.

Lyvendi's attention (one of the bank cashiers) is really poor and unprofessional. I just came to process a check (first time in a foreign country), and he just acted like I should know everything on this process. He barely talked to me and he only communicated with me via hand signals.
