Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Some of the staff at this branch are quite rude when asked any questions beyond the very basic of transactions at the windows. There are a few good people working there, however the general attitude towards customers is irritation and disdain for them bothering the employees. This includes the the non-teller staff(loan agents). I wish the more professional ones were able to influence the rude ones. But that doesn't appear to be how that works.

There are lines between 03:00pm to 05:30pm so go before or after if you're in a hurry. There are 3 ATM Machines at least 2 of them are always working. The Tellers are typical bank tellers, not there to share a laugh, just doing a job and doing it well. I like Bank of America, and I like this location as well, I have been banking at this location for over 2 years. They recently underwent a complete change of Tellers. Would love to know the story behind that :) It's a bank, not a restaurant. The staff does a good and accurate job. If anything, they are a little too helpful.

My membership with this bank goes back to the 80s. Now I have too many auto pay to leave this bank and go somewhere else. Among other things today I wanted to know if I can deposit coins in my account. Oh no, only if I spend time to roll them up. BUT, there is always a BUT, I was suggested to go to any coin machine at any market and do it there, they won't charge me a fee, they are desperate to get coins. I tried it, and it is NOT TRUE!

As a doctor my time is everything. This branch is a waste of my time and energy. There are never enough tellers, if you have an appointment, plan on waiting up to an hour to be served. The management should be fired and replaced. If a store does not provide service they are bound to fail. I can't wait to close my accounts at B o F. I already know I'll get lousy service.

Friday afternoon, between 4:00 and 5:30 a line at tellers window and only 1 teller. I asked the goofy blond in the front why only 1 teller at peak time, she said the other teller is on break. Poor planning

The way Bank of America has treated their customers without notifying of the constant changing of hours and operating days. Very frustrating trying to do banking when they are closed. Looking at another banking service center that is more consistent with openings. Its a shame they do have good staff at this location.

I'm visiting the area as I reside in Oregon. This was my first contact with Bank of America as I was dealing with auto loan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I went to deal with teller, a long line of people were waiting with two tellers working. Two more tellers arrived shortly thereafter to deal with 14 in line. I have to say that B of A could probably keep more tellers working but they did a good, friendly job. People in line were complaining like crazy. I see a lot of that down here in this valley with all the rich, spoiled, entitlement attitude senior and middle aged brats roaming about.

No one picks up the phone, ever. The customer service is plain awful.

They don’t have enough staff to serve their clients. I always have to wait forever to be served when I get there. Now they close their business earlier than before. I will look for another bank to do business with

Sassy service: our BoA rep Melvin kept rolling his eyes, insisting he had another client every time and tried to get rid of us. Any inconvenience made him pout and be sassy.
