Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

The slowest bank on the entire west coast. Every single time, no matter the time, it will be one or two tellers, allowing customers to do fifteen different transactions in one go, even the atm is slow, because the clientele here are extremely rude too and do multiple transactions at once. HATE HAVING TO COME HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

They were very rude. I arrived 10 minutes before the vank closed after driving around trying to find a bank of america that was open and when I went to get into the line I was told by a security guard they were allowing no more people in line. I tried to ask the security guard that was calling people forward if I could please get in line because I had a very important deposit to make and he just cut me off and wouldn't let me say more than 2 words. There are more polite ways to go about telling someone they are too late which I wasn't but it was very rude how I was treated. We have had nothing but negative experiences with Bank of America, if u are looking for a Bank that cares about your needs and listens to you, like REALLY listens and doesn't patronize you...u should look elsewhere. I dont mean just this branch, this was my first experience at this particular bank, I mean ALL of Bank of America! We are switching bank accounts for better service.

I live close to this branch but avoid at every opportunity. Long lines, and much less helpful for my small business needs than any other branch I have been to. Most branches make available funds right away, at least some when depositing a check, here it was 3 days. The day before B of A was down regionally for deposits. Therefore within 2 consecutive days of visiting, firstly couldn’t process deposits, and secondly couldn’t give me anything for said checks deposited. What is the benefit of this bank? I’m seriously considering leaving Bank of America.

This branch and one of its tellers willingly participated in fraud, forgery and identity theft against my person. They accepted a stolen check with a forged signature and NOT signed over to anyone. It was an Insurance Check made out to ME! Not only did they not question this, or check for identification they cashed it leaving me desolate for Christmas! I'm coming for your throat BofA and to the teller who participated, I will find out who you are and file criminal charges against you.

Waited nearly an hour on hold for some lady to talk down to me super rude while I was holding back tears because there’s a hold on a check for NO REASON after I got money from a civil case. I explained how I have medical bills and regular bills from losing my job after being physically attacked and this is the money I won from that case, and how the name on the check is from a local attorney you could google and she just kept repeating that there is nothing she can do in a really rude tone. When I asked to speak to someone in their department or above her to make sure that I’d at least be okay if my account was overdrafted when my electric bill pulled out she told me there was no one I could talk to. When I pleaded with her she tried to shame me by repeating “this is being recorded.” How rude!!!! I hope someone does hear how cruel you all are. These people are heartless monsters. Glad I’ll NEVER bank here.

This is a terrible BofA!! The huge size women manager had to be the rudest person I've seen in a long time!! Not only sour, but walked away in the middle of our conversation!! All I seen her do was waddle around and doing nothing, sour face!! Apsalutly nasty human!!

I think all Bank of Americas are horrible. Been to both Gresham, Happy Valley, etc. They are all very slow. However this is the WORST B of A EVER! I will never go back there. Waited in a LONG line for 25+ minutes on my lunch hour to just DEPOSIT money into their bank. I DO NOT bank with B of A and NEVER will. Unfortunately a couple of my employees do and they are out of town working and I had to deposit their checks for them. I am going to do whatever I can to encourage them to switch banks. 1 teller. 3 people at their desks (they were helping people) but one lady comes out from the back room. Sees about 6 people in line. Takes a drink of her water and then walks out to the lobby and gets on the computer. Then after a few more people came in she walked behind the windows and I thought FOR SURE she was going to help now. NO she actually sucked down more of her water and then walked back out to the lobby. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Bank of America should be ASHAMED of the LACK of service they give customers, especially this branch!

Needed a intl. wire transfer. Haven’t ever used this service before I dropped by my local BofA. They were unable to help. Called another bank, but could not help. This location however picked up my call and got me in without an appointment. She was professional and understood my scenario. She went above and beyond with her costumer service skills. Location manager just as well helped with a little issue while the transfer. Overall kudos to a Manager who is such a leader with an exceptional team. Wire transfer was for a good cause (7month pregnant women struck by vehicle needing many surgeries). Thank you,

Came to your location to make a deposit, I stood in line for 15 minutes and only one person had been seen at the window. I finally had to leave what I don't understand is that you had one teller on a Friday afternoon after 4 p.m. . But you had three people sitting at desks not giving us the time of day three more people running around the back not giving any of us the time of day and you continue to have a Lobby full of people. I have to say this is the worst display of customer service I have ever seen in my life. I will not be using your branch in the future!!!

ATM at this Bank took my deposit did not put it in my account and it's going to take 45 days to get my money back. The manager at the bank told me yes the atm is over they have my money and that I am lucky they did not choose to take it. Worst bank ever .
