I Came inside this bank to do a quick transaction, So I thought, I stood in line for about 45 minutes no kidding.. only one teller and the line was so long. The only thing the managers did was walk around .. No one came out to help this one teller… Nobody .. I will never come back to this banking center NEVER….

One teller inside to handle a long line of customers takes over an hour to get up to the teller.

No matter what day of the week and no matter what time I come in to this branch there is always only one teller working. I've worked as a personal banker for 3 years and I know that managers have access/training to carry out teller transactions. Every manager I've seen is either on their phone or purposely avoiding customers waiting in line. Currently in line for 45 minutes and in that time only one person has been helped. What a complete failure this branch is. I hope the area or branch manager reads these reviews and makes an effort to mitigate the staffing issues and lack of service that is provided.

Waited in line for more than an hour to conduct business with teller. This location puts a very low priority on customer service. If you're in a hurry, go to a different location, or, (even better) a different bank.

I just recently opened a Bank of America account after being away from them for fifteen years and I totally see why I left them in the first place. This bank has gotten even worse which I didn't think was possible. There are no branches with old school drive-thrus everything is an ATM drive-thru and the branches that has tellers are crowded all day with lines stretched around the building. You can't get anything done with this bank. I cannot wait to close my account tomorrow.

    Response from the owner

Visited this Location a week ago. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged by Lizeth. She helped with an easy in and out transaction. I love going every time she’s there she makes it a very pleasant experience with amazing customer service. She is very knowledgeable and surely has the ability to answer all of my questions. More locations should have tellers like her.

How come ever Bank of America only has one teller in the morning and afternoon? There is over 10 people standing in line and more coming in. The bank manager is going in and out of the door that goes to the back. Does Bank of America care about their customers? Doesn't seem like they do since the the bank manager can't call another teller to help. Instead he would whether go in and out of the back room If your time is important to you then I would not come to this Bank of America on Bruckner Blvd. I will give this Bank of America a rating 0 zero

If they had 0 stars I would've picked 0. This is the worst and unprofessional banking establishment I have ever done business with. I have a business to run I do not have time wait in line for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes to get change or speak with someone while my store is unattended. This is ridiculous, they do not care about their commercial/business customers. When I asked if I have to wait in line for an hour to get change, the manaher smirked at me. How professional is that?

There’s about 30 people in line and only two tellers how is that possible? I’ve been here for 30 minutes. I hope they read reviews because if they don’t then this will never change.
