I came here a total of 3 times. the first time was a good experience. These last 2. Well, let's just say if I owed this place I would clean house. Because the sales rep was extremely passive aggressive and had a snobbish attitude. As a principle ill never stop by at this car lot again. Customer service has alot to do with sales. This one sales rep should do some retraining before she loses more business for this company.

I had a very bad experience with Alex on September 16 when i purchase my first car. Why? because at first everything was all right and we loved Alex My husband and I. But I knew something was not right,he explain to me about my payments but told me I was only going to pay 19,000 without interest he told me my total price was going to be 19 since i put 2 thousand down and told me to ignore the 28 thousand that i was being charge of the interest with 12 percent which is wrong because i did my math and they were charging me the 20 percent which he lied about, please double check your contract people and if he says something different tell him to write it down or something because i came to confront him and he denied it, I really thought he was the nicest guy but ripped me off like that, it was not okay that car is not even worth 19,000 but i did learned from this and will not recommend no one to this Man!!!!!!!!

This place requires a certain dollar amount per month with good credit. Good credit or bad credit it does not matter. I disagree if the person can pay the car note have good credit you should approve them. This place sucks with old Vehicles over priced.😞😭😞

The guy I spoke with was very off Standish. He wasn't so polite once I told him what kind of company I worked for. I feel like he has some type of personal issues with the company and that has nothing at all to do with me. He treated me very poorly. I had Money and more than one way of income. But apparently my employer isn't good enough. Oh well life is life for sure 👍. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. Also the 500 down is only on select cars of the sellers choice.
