They just seem understaffed and disorganized. Got to the branch at 855 and qued up to enter the branch, they open at 0900. I wanted to buy some Euro’s and waited 90 minutes. I was told only one person could order currency. Seemed excessively long for being the 2nd person in line. I’d choose a different branch or bank.

This location is very unorganized and understaffed. My second time at this location in the last two weeks and both times have been a wait of over 20 minutes. Also, employees move without urgency.

Drive thru teller isn't open and there are only 2 tellers available to do business with. Customer service is awful they selective interact with only their everyday customers. Was not greeted at the door like everywhere else, finding a new location to do business with while I wait.

Stopped by this bank on 12/7/21. Approximately 12 people in line. 1 teller. Decided to come back today 12/8/21. 10 people in line. Same situation. 1 teller. There should be better customer service. BOA is quick to take your money and hold your checks. The wait for customer service is rediculous. And COVID is to blame for everything. The world is open.

Stay away! I walked in with no mask as I was paying attention to 4 yo son, African American lady jumped at me and start yelling at me to get out and walk in with the mask on my face even while I was urgently trying to find one in my purse, than she called a security on me and all of this was done in a very rude and loud way that NO CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY !!! Her desk in on the far right and I hope she will be gone by the next time I need to be there! This person must be taught some manors and customer service basic rules.

They do not have enough employees that it makes it ridiculous that there's a bunch of seniors lining up in this facility lined all the way around like a zigzag and it's ridiculous for handicapped people to come in instead of opening up their drive-thru they just need to shut down Bank of America very poor customer service one person to serve 60 people in line

If I could give this bank zero stars I would the people are rude and the manager is the rudest there’s always lines out the door and only 2 tellers the only worker that is nice and respectful is the one lady that transferred from the Indian river branch I’m writing this review as I’m standing in-line been waiting for over 30 minutes

I waited in like for over 20 minutes. There was 10 people in like at one point and none of the three other woman standing around tried to help the people in line. Absolutely not.

This bank was very friendly and helpful. I went in there on a Saturday to open an account. They were really busy. They had all their tellers open and were moving that line. The manager was even directing customers. I was super impressed.
