Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Boundary St, Beaufort

This has to be by far one of the worst banking experiences I have witnessed. The tellers are lifeless and move as slow as they can. The managers do everything in their power to make you call a 1800 instead of actually tending to their guests. And I know some stuff has to be done over the phone but it’s literally anything a customer comes in for. There’s a tall skinny white male that works there and I guess he is a manager. Guy always looks like he is in pain and seems as though he tries to avoid customer interaction either by burying his face in a tablet or locking himself in his office. Oh and now they close at 4pm during the week. If your a working man good luck trying to do anything with them.

Always have a lines. clerks at the counters takes customer very slowy seems like they are playing with the money specially Mrs. Thais. Please take customers faster so you will not have a long line. Or Have more clerks at the counters.

I come here often for work. The lines are always SO long and there’s typically less then 2 tellers working at a time. When you do have your turn with the teller they rarely speak and often seem mad.

They will cheat you out of every dime you have. Everything went fine for several years until I opened a small business account. Then everything went wrong. The strong-armed me into getting a CLOVER, the lied about the service fees, the were discourteous and did not care that I was cheated. I even spoke to corporate and they couldn't care less although they tried to act like they did. This is a huge corporation. Don't use them. You are a drop in the bucket and they don't care one iota about you. Go to a local small bank.

They always have 1 clerk and a line out the door. Horrible Management! Bank Elsewhere! I would give them a zero if I could.

Usha Patel was very helpful and I appreciate the time she took to help me even when my daughter was doing what children her age do play, but she was nice and friendly to us both and very knowledgeable with what I wanted done. Thank you !

Was in a big hurry today to get a small piece of banking done. Ms. Lucretia was so very helpful. I can tell she is in a tough customer service role but really goes out of her way to be positive and helpful. She sure helped me today!

Only ATM service in Beaufort and both are broken as of today, 8/19/2021. Changing banks ASAP.

Long lines, rude staff, poor and uncaring management, open very few hours, drive thru never open, could care less if they serve customers, worse bank ever.
