Shalequa highly professional. I recommend her and the entire staff. They will get you in and out in no time. They actually speak to you like if your a human. This was a great experience for me and my family. If I could get 2 loans I would!

They are so helpful at the Beaufort location. I have had 3 different associates help me and offer refinancing options to lower the interest rate. They make the process as quick and easy as possible and go over all the details every time. I never feel locked into a loan that I will never pay back. I will keep doing business with them as long as they are here. They have helped me boost my credit score 60-100 points by renewing and setting up auto payments so I never have a late payment or fees. If you have income and need a loan call them! 🤗

Ask for lates fee removal but supervisor denied . In this pandemic time . And a single parent customer.Also very Unrespectful and non professional customer service from the lady I spoke also rude. When Other manager used to be working there the customer service was 99 por cent better . Other old manager Jackie understood how to keep customers beside the interest fees are super high

I’m a new customer to Regional Finance, I took out a loan expecting to keep my good credit and 100% pay history on my credit report. One never knows when their life is going to change and something horrific happened to me. When they called I tried to explain the situation, but the pain was unbearable. Ms . Jackie is vey rude and has no compassion and put a judgement against me. I filled bankruptcy and retained a lawyer and they still calling me and Harassing me. I will be so happy when I receive my bankruptcy I.D. number, they know there is a process and you just can’t go in there pay your lawyer and you get a number. They are very rude, unprofessional people.

I would really command this company to anyone who are to get a personal loan with a low interest rate Sabraina was a big help to me very patience and kind to me just a blessing to the company and her co worker

Everyone there is absolutely amazing!!! I've never had a problem with anyone in the office and if anything they go above and beyond to help you as long as you do your part. If you make promises you can't keep, do not do business with them because all they ask is for your honesty and communication, other than that, they are more than willing to help! I would definitely recommend their business and services!!!
