Navy Federal Credit Union Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort

I seldom go to a branch. I wish they would open a branch another branch not near the military area. However I do a lot of ebanking through their mobile app. I have been happy with the app. It takes a while to get through phone system but overall a great institution.

The one on Robert Smalls, the front entrance greeter, not a great employee. He is a new hire but no common sense. I had to request the manager twice in order to get him to understand I was done talking to him. The manager did a great job of resolving the issue with him and the original issue I went in for. Common sense isn’t so common

Amazing customer service. I went to open an account and the banker was so helpful with me. We had to do so much to get my account open but my banker was patient. I then went to Joe to deposit money into my account and he was amazing. Great customer service. Friendly and very great environment to be in. They even have tablets to keep the children busy while you're handling your banking needs.

I don't bank here, but many of our clients do. I have to take their deposits in on a regular basis. I visit almost every bank in Beaufort and I can honestly say that this place has the nicest atmosphere of any financial institution. Each teller is professional, efficient and kind.

Location is always busy from 12-4, especially on Fridays, the 1st and 15th, or before a holiday. They are strict about how many people are allowed inside the bank at one time. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. They do get quite busy so be patient. Avoid military paydays and it's usually not a long wait for any of the services provided at this branch!

Everytime I go there i get good customer service.

Almost all of the 1 star reviews are incorrect. This is not the NFCU on base. This is not a bad location or someone's house. One review was a negative review about the Navy Fed app. Why on earth would you negatively review a local bank branch, that is at absolute bottom of their company's corporate structure, for their companies app?? A local bank branch has no control over the app! Someone else complained that they don't work a full day, that is also wrong, 9-5 is literally the cliche for a normal job's hours, and everyone knows business that service people in the way that banks, stores, restaurants do are at work before and after their posted hours.

The representatives at this branch are very rude and unprofessional. I have always been very impressed with Navy Federal locations due to their inviting and respectable environment. I am very disappointed.

Currently you have to use the Drive-up window and the line can be long. However, when it gets too long they add extra employees to help get transactions completed quicker.
