Worst equipment EVER!! The drive up ATM was functioning exactly 1/2 of the 2 + years I've gone there (which was at least twice per week). The line was RIDICULOUS every time and again, the machine was broken 50 PERCENT OF THE TIME. I am not at all surprised this bank closed with ZERO NOTICE. The customer service was no faster....maybe friendlier but when you worked your own slow pace and do nothing the customer could not do themselves....well friendly should come easily....

Alejandra H. helped us start our business account with Bank of America, as well as referring us to BoA's ADP Program, she and the tellers there have always provided us prompt service, they provide a personal connection on every visit and are thorough with our records. We understand times are difficult right now, seeing how the Desert Hot Springs branch is one of the few banks still open ( WE ARE INCREDIBLY thankful that they are), we too understand the extra patience needed when it comes to services. So I just wanted to send them all a job well done! You hear about all the negatives more then you do the positives, so please know, your efforts do not go unnoticed! - Kari Tanner,

This bank took my deposit out if my account, said they have no record of the $500.00 deposit I stood in line for asked for my receipt. This was the 15th if July. I received a letter from the bank in the 23rd saying they took the$500.00 out if my account. I've contacted the customer service only for a complaint# trying to get ahold of the branch is impossible. I have to go back to see if there is a manager there today. My money has not been put back to date nor has there been any word from the several times I've requested this teller to be investigated. Feel robbed without anyone there to assist me in returning my money they had no right to debit from my bank account.

Bank of america has locations across the country and good services. This location gets crowded during busy periods of the day and need more personnel, but they have always helped us when we needed anything different or out of the ordinary. Friendly knowledgeable tellers and much better branch that cathedral city which we avoid at all costs.

Been a customer for 25 plus years. They closed my local branch in yucca valley now to have the dhs location close? This place truly does not care about you the customer! Sad how I have seen the service decline away to almost nothing.

I find cashier's friendly and helpful. Problem is the have over the last 5 years been cutting back on the number of tellers. Long before covid pandemic. They even blocked off those teller windows. Now sadly they are temporarily closed. I thought Monday was memorial day not Friday.

How long will the DHS branch be "temporally" closed. There is no apparent reason for the closure. It just sits there with the doors locked for month after month now. This is beyond what anyone expects in a "temporary" closure. And there is no sign on the door, informing customers when we can expect it to reopen

No matter what time of day I have to use this bank I have never seen three tellers . If there is 17 customers in line only two tellers and one teller post is closed. Bank of America doesn't care about their customers and their Time and Schedules.

So many people in line and only 2 cashiers. Need to prepare better than this. I'm glad I'm not a member here anymore. People are leaving the line cus it's too long and too slow. This is not even the cashier's fault, it's management for not knowing how to manage the day.

Monday May 4. Its 100 degrees outside and there are 20 people lined up outside and 15 more in the bank. This branch needs to have more tellers so people don't have to wait outside in this heat. Bank of America is horrible!
