Sun Community Federal Credit Union E Vis, Palm Springs

I've always liked the smaller credit unions over the jungle of the big banks. There's no feeling of the man in the high tower thinking up other fees they can throw on you. The crew and branch in Palm Springs are terrific. Every time I go in, things run quickly and smoothly.

I had one of the best customer service experieces with Christine Zepada, part of the great staff at Sun Community in Palm Springs. She was not only very informative, she ended up saving me money! Sun Community Federal Credit Union at Vista Chino in Palm Springs. 😊

This is why I love this credit union there is always someone there to help you right away. When it is real crowded someone else will come and help. Their customer service is the best !

Really hard to work with… You have to call to get any service and agents blame you (even when THEIR machines weren’t working). Extremely limited locations, fees anywhere else. Hope your ATM isn’t down because you will overdraft and they will bury you.

The entire team at Sun Community made me feel important and helped me when I needed a car loan - so quickly! Their rates were lower thant the Car company and I feel now I am part of an amazing family! Next, Darlene will be working on my HELOC - also, at an amazing rate!

This branch is very good. But if you need to use a banking phone app, do your banking with some other bank or credit union. Their app and their call center are terrible.

I have 2 accounts with Sun, I was getting .50 monthly paper statement fee from them, so I told them I didn't need a paper statement. I just looked at my accounts and they've been charging me $3.00 a month dormancy fee. Tried to call them and they have the phone system that by design makes the caller want to hang up. I'm not impressed by they're nickle and dime tactics, nor the phone system. Rosie called me after I left a message and explained to me the details regarding my accounts. She was very friendly and informative. I didn't expect a call, but glad I got one. I'm changing my review to 5 stars because of the call back. Thanks Rosie.
