Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Sunland Blvd, Sun Valley

**Update** Still the worst even with a remodel. 2 tellers for 12 people and over 5 minutes per transaction. BofA put a hold on my card and issued a new one without asking so I'm forced to come here. With that, there's no one with any urgency... It's the day before Thanksgiving also. Staff properly or hire management that can.

Worse branch ever. Over Half hour on line to cash a check...tellers slow and talk too much to customers unrelated to their business conducting

Worst service in the Valley!!! No wonder it’s always empty. Bank of America being such a large corporation you would think they would make sure that employees have the best customer service training. “Ed” as he calls him self there is the worst customer service representative ever. Bofa take some time to train this center on Customer Service. We are the reason they still have a job.

I got there 20 minutes before close and they didn't let me in. There were only 13 people outside in line and they let 10 in and I was the 11th even though it was still 3:45pm. I'm so disappointed.

Amicable service but the line... THE LINE!!!! Spent 27 minutes standing in line waiting to cash a check! Only two people working and one would close after every other person

Everytime I walk into this Bank of America branch in Sunland Californa, the line is out the door with only one bank teller working at the window. It is noted that they have 10 plus windows available. This place is poorly understaffed and I over heard multiple people complain about this same issues. Beside the wait the customer service was great.

Most atms are not working and the ones that are working you can’t withdrawal , contactless is always for some reason “unavailable” Therefore everyone is forced to go in and wait in line the lines wrap around the outside of the building at times But it’s the only Bank of America around..

Line almost out the door and only two tellers open, and it's the same story all the time. The only reason I come to this branch is because it is close but I usually try to avoid it.

Well if you have dreams of the massive bread lines that plagued Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union, or you just have a fetish for long lines then this is your place. I have yet to go there and not wait 30 to 40 minutes to meet with a teller.

I’ve been here since 4:40! The time is currently 5:50 and still waiting for the business representative to help me with an issue. If you have enough time to wait then please come over here. If you’re a busy person like me then don’t even come close.
