Friendly service, it gets busy but they always have a positive attitude and are tentive. Sarahi and Maria are the best!

I bank with the company but this is one of the busiest branches I've seen. Everyone in the other reviews are very correct. Unfortunately it's the branch closest to my house. 20+ minute teller lines 2-3 windows open at a time. Just how big banks are now chase and b of a especially.

The atm machines don’t work here, I deposited a check, the check wasn’t processed correctly and when the machine tried returning the check, I received a receipt telling me that I now have to call to get my check back.

Had an appointment at 1030 today...still sitting here waiting to be helped at 1055. What's the point of having an appointment and the time is not kept by the bank. 5 to 10 minutes is fine but a half an hour?! Common man!

Super friendly, but only 2 windows open 6 people in front of me. Two employes greeting people at entrena??? I don’t know about you, but I would have rather seen them open another window or two. I don’t need to be greeted at the door! I need to be serve faster! 8 people in front of me, 30 minute wait??? The manager of this branch, needs to now where to put his employees to better serve the costomers. That is why I don’t have an account with B OF A. So SAD!!!

If I can give this bank 0 stars I would. The employees are very slow , they’re not efficient. Very busy , there’s about 5 people working on the floor and another 5 in the back . Eventhough there’s about 20 people in line you would think they’ll try to get everyone in and out . Definitely happy I have chase unfortunately disability works with Bank of America that’s the only reason I’m here. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Worst Bank of America bank. They do not have a lot of tellers which causes long lines. I've been there several times within the years and it's always the same. Nobody should have to wait over 40 minutes to see a teller.

Today at 12:27 EDNA the teller told me she could not accept cash as part of the deposit I was making for my grandmother. Her tone and the way she treated me was absolutely horrible. She was really loud and curt. She asked me what organization do I Bank with. I felt like I was being mistreated because I am not a Bank of America member. I told her that every month for at least the last five years I make deposits for my grandmother's properties. She told me to walk over to CVS and to get a money order and come back. I did just that walked back over and then handed another teller the deposit. She takes the money order and rips the receipts, but actually ends up ripping the money orders in half. Then she spoke to EDNA next to her and said I handed it to her that way implying I'm the one who's at fault for ripping the money orders. I ask how I can avoid this next time indicating what's the process of adding myself on account, so we can avoid this hassle. EDNA goes to Manager in back then comes out. She proceeds to tell me that I didn't indicate to her this was a business account and that they accept cash for business accounts. This woman had me jump through hoops...pay for four money orders to make my grandmother's deposit for nothing. EDNA then stated, "You never said this was a business account". I responded I told you that this is for my Grandmother's properties and that my mom is on her personal account. She looked dumbfounded and did not say anything. The other teller apologized for the misguided information, but not a word from EDNA. EDNA the way you treated me is horrible and possibly the worst customer service. I will continue to bank there for my Grandmother because she's been banking there for over 30 years and his many accounts there. But when you see me...know that I think the way you treated was not right.

The worst bank ever. Issues with depositing and withdrawing. More over you can't find an employee to help you. Specially now with covid 19 banks are expected to help people more. All other banks still service their clients 5 star services.

My 2 star review is based on an encounter I had with “Teresa”. She looks like the one who only care about her job and her position, she even doesn’t care about the customers and what day want. I guess it is so important to explain everything to your customers that’s part of every job specially when your job is most related to customer service. I’m so disappointed of this kinds of customer service...
