Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Main St, Summerville

Misses Laverne Brown made my visit to the bank one of the best visits so far she was very helpful and patient with me thank you so much amazing work ethic and character.

Must be time to switch banks. Every time I walk in there are never more than 2 tellers working (one only for business patrons of course) and someone sitting in every office doing nothing. While the customer line is at least 10 people deep. Oh, and they took out the drive thru. I'm sure another bank will appreciate my business.

15 people in line with two tellers. Your customer service is getting worst each time I visit. You need to have more help or at least a back up person that can step in and help when the lines are this long. Having a bunch of people in suits sitting behind desk not helping does nothing for the customer who is standing in line. Average time in site shows 15 mins. What business do you go in that you would accept standing in line that long for????

No matter when we go it's ALWAYS packed inside. A lot of the hold up is businesses bringing in their deposits/getting change. I feel there should be a designated teller just for business transactions because they take so long. Not the business people's fault, I understand that, it's this BOA location and their lack of planning and tellers.

Waited 2 hours to get a check cashed for them to say they can't validate their own check?! We were depending on this money and waited and waited and waited for this check to come in the mail. Now we finally have it and cant even get it cashed!

Terrible bank. Closed at random times. Long lines at ATM and lobby. CLOSED drive thru, really during a pandemic!!! Seriously this bank and their policies are just dumbfounded, finally asked about the closed drive thru and they said it’s a hazard in case something happened, there is something happening a virus and you want people crowding a lobby because you don’t have enough employees actually helping customers, because I do see employees in the offices yet no tellers!! Glad I have other banks I have accounts with because I probably be closing this one at Bank of America, letting us down on their name.

Never open when they are supposed to be. I show up weekly to do cash deposits that are supposed to be done on a timely manner for the company I work for. I have waisted many trips to the bank just to see they are closed. I find it odd that sush a big company is randomly closed... that’s like Walmart being closed at 10am ..... it’s just not okay.

I hate going into this location ! The lines are always long with one or two tellers, the tellers here are very rude . I have been cashing the same check for two years thats drawn on BOA the account was als established in this branch and they still give me trouble ! They have absolutely no product knowledge. I ask for an envelope and the teller said that they were running short !! I have banking with BOA for years and am not entitled to a envelope !! Wow 😔😔 so unprofessional !! Sad to say even tho this branch right down the street from where I live I by pass it most of the time !!

Came in to get one paper notarized and have been waiting for 45 minutes... if I ended this review we could be close to one hour wait. 5 ladies sitting down in their offices. Five!!! 4 of them pretending they are on the phone to not help us, and one has been with the same family since we arrived.

Wonderful experience!!! Brought in a ton of wrapped coins to deposit. Most tellers might have met this with disgust, but not Noelle. She met the challenge with a genuine smile and made the transaction less stressful. High five for her great service and wonderful smile. Thanks again Noelle.
