They let me get the loan I've been paying on it for months now they always tell me I got money available but every time I go to try to get you know 50 bucks or $100 that they say I got $200 and something dollars available how come I can never pull any more money but they say if I pay it off I can pull more money well if I'm needing money how am I supposed to be able to pay it off I mean I've been making payments on my bills every month

They are very professional and very understanding here I've worked with a few loan companies in the past and they are my favorite company if I ever need financial assistance I will definitely use them again

Perfect for building credit. I’ve dealt with 3 different staff members (meg, Amy, and rasi) and all of them were extremely professional and courteous. The fact that they humanize their customers instead of treating them like an account number really says a lot about them.

Megan was awesome I spoke to her earlier that morning told I would be there by a certain time and even though I was late she had everything waiting for me with a smile. Was a brand new crew than what I was used too but they were all great and megan was very informative will def be sending more people their way.

When I was in a pinch (like so many of us in the past year and a half), I looked to find some extra cash without killing myself to pay back. Southern Finance was perfect. The application process was super quick and easy (they were big on the cleanliness and social distancing in the office and I was out of there in 30 minutes) and the entire staff is friendly. Zach especially works to make the whole loan process pain free and is quick to advise of incentives to earn $$ to go towards my payments. I never feel dread or anxious talking to anyone on the staff. The experience has been great.

Amy link was fantastic!! She has wonderful customer service skills. She engaged in conversation with my 7 year old daughter and I and in the process greeted every customer who walked in. I highly recommend south finances to anyone.

Miss Amy was very professional and very very courteous and was willing to give me a chance when no one else would. this one first step in my credit history might make all the difference down the road for the rest of my life so I really appreciate all her help as well as everyone here at southern finance.
