    Writing this review while standing in a line. I saw bad reviews about this place but still wanted to give a shot! The service is VERY slow, I an waiting in a line for almost 40 minutes! Only a single teller is working and there are 9 customers in line.The sad part is I saw few customers left from the line , a Nurse was getting late for work :( I don’t think bank cares at all since this is on going issue and I don’t see any improvement! I have been a BOFA Customer and now I am thinking to switch it to CHASE!! I hope they improve the service for current customers!

    Only 5 people ahead of me yet I waited on just 1 cashier for 30 minutes. 3 associates stood at the podium not helping anyone. After my wait, I was told my check had to be endorsed by a banker which would be over an hour wait. Worst BOA customer service I've ever experienced.

    loss for words at how inconsistent the hours have been as of late. As a small business we need a dependable bank to deposit and get change fast. This branch and the one on forest were down today, which has happened to me multiple time prior to this review. Staff is friendly but service and issues are too consistent.

    Would give this location no star if I had the option . I came in today thinking that I would get someone’s help since I been a customer since 99 .the lady that was working there claim to be a manger as well but she didn’t Evan try to help me. She refuse to help me and Evan told me not to go to another bank because they won’t be able to do anything for me. Looks like she wasn’t a manger because that’s not how you talk to anyone . I did end up going to another location and they sure was able to help . What happen to Bank of America seriously?

    This location used to have pretty good service.....now it doesn't seem to matter what you go in for there is going to be a wait. Went in to get to my Safe Deposit box and was told it would be a 25 minute wait....so I left and came back later and was told to have a seat....would be a wait but didn't know how long. Service has definitely declined in all areas. I quit going to the location on Forest Lane (9308) because there service (wait times) were so bad......guess I'll have to abandon this location as well or find another bank.

    The wait here is TERRIBLE. I was there today and after waiting 45 minutes, the one teller that is working informs the guy in front of me (he was next in line) that she has to go to the bathroom and just leaves! At least 20 minutes go by before she comes back. All the while, at least 10 people are in line waiting and the Loomis guy is knocking on the door with no answer. There were two other people hovering around with the iPads, but they couldn't help any of us (they had disappeared by the time the Loomis guy showed up). This location needs more tellers. I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but waiting over an hour just to make a few deposits is completely unacceptable.

    I have been to this bank multiple times and no tellers were available. Again I went today at 11am and was told to come back in an hour. This is crazy to have to call a bank to know if they have anyone working.

    BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! NEVER USE BANK OF AMERICA! After signing up with this excuse of a bank in 1986, I have had it with being lied to. This particular branch takes the lack of standards to a new low. You can search the company’s website for their policies and find conflicting answers - yet receive another conflicting answer at the branch. And the manager here couldn’t care any less; she is the absolute worst. How does someone operate a business that categorically gets such horrendous reviews yet never change anything? How could you even work for a place that is regarded so poorly?
