These guys are awesome. I came to them with an extremely complex situation that needs unraveled and fixed and they have tackled it amazingly. We still have a long ways to go, but I'm excited about my CPA for the first time in my entrepreneurial life. I have had 3 prior CPAs ghost me and another do such poor work I had to have 4 years of corp returns re-done. Jon is extremely smart, he and his team is extremely responsive and the work quality has been amazing. I'm already referring them to my network.

Me and my wife are dream clients, everything is put into a spreadsheet, and all ACPA has to do is put the numbers in their place on the forms. We were paying more than $600 every year for this service and we received a email last week, that they are no longer going to file our returns. I don't understand how a business throws away dream clients that that take about 20 minutes to do everything, after I have done all of the work.

J Chester & Associates are top notch. I am the office manager (Rhonda) here at Daryl Howard Master Electrician and through thick and thin they are always there for us when we need help, and don't know we would have faired keeping up with all the Covid information. The emails we got from J Chester's made a lot of it make more sense. I cant recommend them enough.

I called wanting to book an appointment for tax services. The receptionist had me provide my email- I gave it to her letter by letter “a like apple, c like charlie” etc. She said there was a $250 fee for a consultation (just a consultation not a filing fee) and we’d get an email. The email never came and when I called back and told her I never received an email, she abruptly replied she sent it. I told her it wasn’t in a junk folder and I never received it. I asked her to spell the email she sent it to and she spelt it incorrectly. She was very slow/ The elevator doesn’t go all the way up. You need to be literate and have some level of common sense to do the job. The attitude made it that much worse. Then I was contacted by Margaret, the CPA. Initially she wasn’t providing any information I needed for the consultation then finally started being more helpful. We emailed back and forth, then she just stopped replying when I wanted to her actually file my taxes. Never got the consultation money back or heard from them. Stay clear- shady place

Jon has done our taxes for many years now. Since my relocation they have been done remotely. Always quickly and professionally. We will continue to use Jon and his firm!

So where do i begin first if your searching for a cpa search harder these people are crooks originally when leaving my first review i was charged 200 dollars for a conversation that lasted 5 minutes with a women who knew less then i do after leaving the review the owner reached out and said he would speak to me personally to handle the situation we arranged exactly what i wanted done which was file 2021 taxes and set up my s-corp they told me this would take around 5-10 days and i was good with that during this time they have constantly messaged me to remove and update my review and i told them i would do this as soon as things were completed then they sent me an email saying if i didnt change my review they would shred my documents and move on so basically they wasted my time completely and left me more behind instead of offering a service worth leaving a good review they did this ive attached screen shots from these people stay away they are crooks
