Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Greenwood Ave, Park Ridge

I felt humiliated here. I made my first visit two months ago cause I wanted information to open an account. Sara was amazingly kind and we talked a lot about my profile and what fits on my needs. I was also introduced to the manager cause I planned open with a big amount. They were nice then. They also offered me a credit card. I came back ready today and Sara was not there. A woman came to me, I explain that I was ready and that I already agreed with someone and she told me she have to ask someone else availability. Everything looked normal but instead she came back and asked for proof of residency, I told her I was legal and that I already checked my profile with Sara and I gave my receive with my address. She said we could not open any account. Cause is just for residents and that was not enough proof. If that is i will take it, but don't make me fool telling me yes one day and then NO weeks later. I have to say am legal and I mentioned clearly what I could bring and not last time I was there. Last time they said I was ready to open my account. Now me and my money were rejected. The worst was when I said I would check another Bank, an ironic "hope you can" made me feel very humiliated ...BOA could be anything but diversity and empathy. Anything you can reply to this is public relations speech. Hopefully the manager who was giving me a welcome two months ago read this.

Useless. Cannot resolve an issue. They told me to use Erica and I ended up talking to the Customer rep my self.

Today I went to the Bank of America in Park Ridge to open an account. I'm moving and IL doesn't have HSBC, where I bank. The BoA rep said I needed two forms of ID, which I had...both with pictures, but then she added I need a SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. Not my number! THE CARD. Pressed, she said, "It's new. We got a call from headquarters recently that they require your social security card, because of all the stuff." I left and went to Chase and received exceptional service. When I told them about the ss card, they were as incredulous as I was. No brainer. All of my NY money is going to Chase.

Yesterday I went to open an account in this branch. Thumbs up Ekta patel she was good in that. Boom next time whenever I have any problem. I'm gonna contact to ekta. The way of customer service is just smooth.

Came in today to open an account. When I stepped in old lady shouted at the counter shouted "What do you want?" Just asked for an ATM instead (excuse) bec from that point on Customer Service is a miss on that location. Decided to go to Chase on the other side instead and was treated nicely. I dont look rich but all I want is to be treated like any other customers that come in and youll have my business. Simple as that.

Google have to make option to give ZERO ! Banker was very uncomfortable and unkind from the start. She should work in the office alone, not with people, totally unprofessional. I am Bank of America customer for a years..because of this banker I am planning to change Bank!

Tellers don't know anything helpful. ATM's are always broken. Hate this branch. Wish they kept the one on talcott open. This one is terrible.

1 Star. I wish I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE Stars!!! The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE!!! Customers have to wait 20 minutes or more to be served be a teller. Teller performance is horrific with tellers routinely spending more than 20 minutes on a single customer. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! There is no customer interface that should take more than 5 minutes. The Manager of the location is the only competent person, but he rarely is in a teller role. If you don't address the horrible teller performance more customers will close their accounts. This location is a NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This branch is closed without notification ! Couldn't access safe deposit locker.

I closed my account and a week after that a auto pay still deducted for 10$. I was not notified till it went into collection and my credit score then went from 802 to 650 and I have 2 red flags for not paying over 60 days on the account . I will never ever do business with them again .
