Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Artesia Blvd, Cerritos

First time I’ve ever got denied taking my own money out of my account. The heavy set short Mexican lady who was working the teller around 10-11am would not give me my money cause my card did not have JR. printed on it I’ve never had a problem here before getting money and I’ve never had any problems withdrawing MY cash at any banks because this issue the teller laughed in my face and she was shaking her voice was trembling just cause I asked to get it “approved” this is shameful I will be filing a discrimination claim against your horrible teller !!

I got forged checks in my business account! First time I noticed, I visited and reported the problem! And the bank made up the money. BUT, I asked them I want to close the account because bad person knows all about my account information! They said they couldn't. They will watch and monitor my account and they promise me. BUT, the forged checks keeps coming in my account after that!!! I couldn't do anything with the ACCOUNT!! Thay said what I can only do is calling the fraud department (always waiting time about 1hour) and reporting each forged checks claim everyday!! I visited BOA branch 3 times(2Artesia, 1La palma) What an incompetent system it is!!!!!! I have to change bank! Whoever has business never get related with BOA!! '-->Don't be hopeful when you get response Here(below)!! They do NOTHING again!! Just wasting my time to connect Facebook!! Incompetent, just loud and nothing can solve easily!!

Staff name Eva always do bad customer service. Every time Problem. She is bad teller. Never go her teller again.

I really appreciate this Branch. I lost my ATM Card then lots of BofA branches temporary closed so I can't withdraw MY MONEY. The clerk was very nice and she did extra job for me. I have a question. This branch is now under construction, however, they open. Near my house, it is not under construction then it is temporary closed. Why? Anyway, it was very good for their open. ^^

Horrible customer service. The lady that signs you in treats you as if you are an inconvenience in her day. I am getting sick of Bank of America they have no problem feeing you to Death. Yet when you need customer service or have questions they are not helpful at all. Going to look for a credit union and ask my husband to close his account as well.

This Place is the worst! B of A is only in business for profit! Forget about service. They watch you like a hawk. I have been a customer since 1980 but they treat me like I am in there to rob the place. Long lines, poor service, little help, scowls & worse. The Manager Stella is useless.

Best Banking experience ever! We came around 3:00 (had an appointment) and the banking relationship manager, Evelyn, was super nice and kind. She was so helpful and answered all of my questions, even repeating information multiple times until I fully understood. She even stayed after hours (they close at 4:00) to help us finish our business. Wow! I am totally coming back when needed. Wish every bank had a caring, patient, and personable person like her!

Bad service. Long waits. Rude service. No greeter to guide you. I spoke to the branch manager at the time and she didn't seem interested fix the problem.

They lie to get you to open an account. Do not believe them. What they say to your face and what is in the agreements you sign are different. In the year that I have had the account I have called this local branch 11 times. They have never once picked up the phone. I have been on hold with the automated general customer support line for over an hour now because their phone system sucks and it does not register my account or social security. They suck. RUN
